i'm one of those people that is over hearing about Islam. Being an athiest anyways, i can't possibly see why religion would play ANY part in politics. i wanna pull all my hair out because these crazy bastards are killing people all over..just thousands and thousands in the name of islam. whether it be boko karam or al qaeda or taliban or IS. i swear somebody needs to do something and quit sitting on their asses. in the last few weeks, the US has been experiencing lone wolf people acting in the name of islam. it's enough to make me wanna take classes to get a gun..and then get a gun thank goodness americans can carry protection!!

okay so i've been seething about this for a million years and i have noone to discuss politics with SOO... am i the only one who is pulling for Palestine? I read the news and i just feel like hardly anyone knows anything about the palestines or the situation they are in. in my head i cant wrap my brain around why everyone is backing Israel so hard. what we know is that crazy palestinians have launched thousands of mortars into Israel and we know that Israel takes up full military incursions soon after. From my understanding, in all of the mortars launched hardly anyone is ever killed and hardly any property is ever hit. The vast majority have always fallen on unused land and some dont even detonate. keeping that in mind, Israel launches offensives that literally kill thousands of people. Is that kind of response acceptable considering the actual damage from these mortars is relatively minor. Gaza has been destroyed twice in recent times. Billions upon billions of dollars..that the international community ends up bearing the responsbility of paying. So what in the hell is so dam important about Israel? They annexxed land from three countries and noone said a dam thing..Crimea was annexxed by Russia without a shot fired and they are on the verge of financial collapse..i am so sick of israel...or maybe im just sick of Netanyahu :/ anyone?

hmm. do you use a controller? if you do you can push the left control stick down and it will also bring up the menu. not sure how to scan through the menus though without a keyboard. i'll try it out in game and see what happens. if not you might wanna consider a re-install or re-enable your caps button.

My partner has arrested some people but not because I told him to haha. I just look over and he does it. He even calls his own transport :/

OK so are you able to pull over cars now? Be sure you are close enough and it prompts you to exit your vehicle before you get out. If not the suspect drives off and you gotta start the stop over

To stop a vehicle with controller press X. You have to be close enough for him to say pull over. Also the chevron will appear for tutorial in the police station in the same room you get your partner.

well just try the qam and see how it works. For me, I get back up in a vehicle pursuit after a few blocks as long as I pushed down and X when prompted when they first escape. I kinda like it for short chases since twenty cops don't make sense. But usually by end of long chase there can be several cruisers with me. Hope something works out for ya :/

I definitely agree with you. What I meant or should have said is that we have relations with countries who are way more questionable than Cuba. I am just glad that we are finally doing this :D

you push caps lock and hold it while you press tab to shift through the mens. You get to one menu that is for your partner. I think it says follow in cruiser lol. Just be aiming at a cruiser when you highlight that. Let me know if ya figure it out :)

this is actually a GREAT thing. if anyone has followed this situation, its clear that the US is mostly to fault for almost everything bad that has happened to Cuba in the last sixty years. back in the day we thought taking over Cuba would have been a great idea..it failed miserably and we created sanctions against them so we wouldn't look stupid. these days we are doing business with countries who kill citizens. the worst things Cuba does is be communist. so, for us to basically admit what we have done hasn't worked is a big step forward. everything will go smooth as long as Cuba takes its time in relaxing freedoms. it wont work if everything is rushed. people have no idea what its like to have freedom and it takes time to adjust. i wish them well :D

hello :) u will need to make your own post as you may have diff problems as the other guy. Sometimes cars you install can make ya crash. Best thing to do is try one car at a time. Play for bit and if no crashes then perhaps it was the other car. That is the easiest way to start and if that doesn't help come back for more help

I know its lazy but if I really wanna avoid civilian casualties I open the trainer and clear PEDs from the area .single best way to save innocent lives :D

Hmm on my trainer I use F3 or F4. F5 is used on mine to use speed radar. Having said that I didn't know there was an els menu lol
