Installer Copyright Claim Help.
Like Stray said, You should contact Sam or LMS about this, Honestly to just be on the safe side i'd stick with just your things in an installer and leave LCPDFR with it's own installer.

1 or 2 script mods will work ok. an ENB and texture mods won't work.. but 3 script mods should work. I do suggest buying the game from Steam (if you haven't bought it), as you can run GTA V and if it doesn't work you can request a refund (IF it's under 2 hours game time). The only problem i see with your computer is your processor.. it's 2.30 whereas minimum requirements is a 2.40, you may experience slowness if it runs. at first i suggest you putting everything on low (even the vehicle/ped density).. then have a bit of a mess around seeing what you can change (boost up textures a bit, apply see if it lags etc). You may be able to get things to medium as it's only your processor that doesn't meet the requirements. i really couldn't say as every PC is different. But i do suggest going the Steam option, as you can refund it if it doesn't work.. or keep it and upgrade your PC (if it's a desktop and not a laptop)

it might run GTA V, although it's not going to run great.. 2.3ghz processor and 4gb RAM, it may get into low-medium settings, although unlike GTA IV the PC version has better optimization so you can change the settings to make it work. Also, if you haven't, download Razer Cortex and use the game booster. it'll cut out any unncessary background programs so you can play our game with ease (i've been using it for a year now and it works great!)

GTA Updates after installing car and ped mods
You can set your game to never update by right clicking on the game in your Steam library - go to properties and there should be an update options, select the never update and it shouldn't download updates.

GTA Updates after installing car and ped mods
Honestly, this has gotten me stumped. you should be able to patch it to 1.1.2.0 and then mod it.. what you're describing is what happens with GTA V, which shouldn't happen. It may be a long shot, but it might work.. this is the mod folder method for GTA V, try using it with GTA EFLC and see if it works - http://openiv.com/?p=1132 If not, then I have no idea how to help in fixing this issue, your issue is completely new to me =(

No nice vehicle models?
THe only thing vehicle mod related are texture mods, No vehicle models have been created for GTA V as there is no tools to do it yet, however i did read somewhere that there was progress on this though, so car mods maybe a thing we'll see soon =)

What would you do?
I don't know why.. maybe because of the way it was filmed, or how they were acting.. but for some off reason at the end of each one i was expecting The Bill theme/titles to start playing. But seriously, number 1 is realistic, but seems a bit.. eh. even with that level of noise you'll still hear a struggle from behind, for me.. if i was the female in that situation i'd pull out my ASP and spray.. spray him first then beat the crap out of him.. well if it was LSPDFR anyways, no. i don't know what i'd do in that situation because i don't know protocol for UK, Australian officers carry guns.. so i would've pulled out my sidearm and put 4 rounds into the suspect. number 2.. well, that's your standard fight. i would've quickly put him into the patrol car (surely he can get to the car safe without the woman beating both him and the suspect up). then deal with whatever was happening. number 3. i don't think i'd do things differently tbh. Keeping in mind, that these "what would you do" scenarios don't really do much.. it's one thing to watch, sit back and plan it.. but when you're there you have to do split second decisions so you don't have a plan at all.. for me to come up with a proper answer to what i would do in that situation, you'd need to put me in that situation.. the answers i gave is after watching and thinking.

GTA Updates after installing car and ped mods
Try using SparkIV and see if that fixes your issue. For all the years i was modding IV (2010-2014) i always used SparkIV and never had an issue with it.

GTA Updates after installing car and ped mods
hmm, then it should work. When i used to mod IV/EFLC i used to use SparkIV, have you tried using that rather than OpenIV?

GTA Updates after installing car and ped mods
Oh, i misread, i thought you meant you was using the mods folder like GTA V users. my bad. You are making sure that the vehicle mods you're using are correct right? The police files in EFCL/TBoGT section is for the police Buffalo and Stinger.. and not for the standard patrol cars (Stanier and Merit).

GTA Updates after installing car and ped mods
You don't need a mods folder for EFLC, a mods folder is only needed for GTA V. You can mods GTA IV and EFLC like normal (using open iv and replacing game files), that's why your mods aren't showing up because they're not running off the edited files in your mods folder, they're using the game files (which are unedited)

GTA Updates after installing car and ped mods
The only game that should do that is GTA V.. I've owned both the retail and steam version of EFLC and ever encountered this issue. Cna you elaborate more on this issue? Like how do you mod the game for example?

Upgraded from Windows 7 to 10... More FPS
Microsoft had gaming in mind when they created Windows 10 ;) apart from LSPDFR breaking (which i still need to fix) my game stays at a solid 60fps, Even other games run perfect, Resident Evil 6 runs at a solid 120fps (which i never knew my computer could do). The only downfall to Windows 10 that i have found is the slight lag within Windows 10 itself (takes 5 seconds for the start menu to open. And for some reason my fans run at a higher temperature than they used to when gaming (although My PC does need a clean so it could just be dust). It's not better than Windows 7 yet, but it'll get there :D Definitely my favourite OS for gaming though!

[TOOL] LSPD:FR Mod Uninstall
By the looks of it, it looks really useful (especially for people wanting to uninstall and reinstall LSPDFR, an LCPDFR one isn't necessary since it's already included with LCPDFR, but LSPDFR it's not so it's useful. I haven't used it since i don't need to, but looking at screenshots it is useful. Rather than a drop box you could try uploading it here on the site.. because over time this topic will drop and get lost, whereas in the download section it's there for good (that's if it doesn't break the Community Guidelines.. you'll have to ask someone else in staff as i haven't learnt the rules of the download section yet). Also, you can edit your post at the bottom, there is an option that says "Edit" click it and it'll let you edit your post =)

Not able to take screenshots
If steam cant detect your keystrokes then it wouldn't let you activate the overlay, I'm not sure if its just you that can't do screenshots or others are having this problem (i can't test it because i don't have the Steam version). my non steam version is running through Steam and it does take screenshots when i press F12 (keybind for screenshots). LSPDFR itself shouldn't conflict with F12, so it could be any other mods you've got installed? I doubt it's Steam, because if it was then it wouldnt take screenshots in other games.

My Laptop Specs Can run GTA V On High Resolution
Laptops can run GTA V, but they're expensive. the only type of laptops that can run GTA V on great settings are gaming laptops which cost around $1000 - $2000. A Laptops purpose was never for gaming, but for schooling/work related things (like microsoft office etc), most laptops can't handle games due to their poor specs. But like lcpdunit22 said, if you don't need it to be portable, then get a dekstop. (especially if you're on a budget since you can buy parts for a desktop that can make GTA V run decently), if you have a spare $2000 then you could buy a laptop from Razer, MSI or ASUS

[WIP] BaitCarV
It was a legitimate question =) it could be a Scripthook mod, i know as much information as you do. Although most mods (especially if they're running alongside LSPDFR) are RagePluginHook based.

California or San Andreas?
Its up to each person really. some people play it realistic (so changing things to California), while others like to keep things fictional. For me personally, i like my game to be a bit of both. I prefer fictional things like LSPD,LSSD etc but with real life cars. Unless it's Australian mods, then i like to switch my cars to Australian models. That's how i did things in GTA IV. Although, right now in GTA V.. i'll keep things to San Andreas themed.

[WIP] BaitCarV
It's a script mod.. Then most likely yes, it'll run off RagePluginHook.

Not able to take screenshots
Try changing your screenshot bind in the Steam settings. chances are something in GTA V is conflicting with your Steam bind.

My Laptop Specs Can run GTA V On High Resolution
We didn't crush his hopes, the laptop crushed his hopes. we just told him his specs can't run LSPDFR or GTA V. There was no other way to re-word it. and if there was, i wouldn't.. the only way you can give an answer to a "specs" question, is to be honest.. and that's what i was doing. his hopes were never crushed. he just needs a better computer If you want a gaming desktop, go for a graphics card with 3gb VRAM, 2gb is ok.. but most modern games (especially if you want them on high) go for 3gb VRAM. check out www.newegg.com for computer parts. and don't buy a pre-built computer. they're more expensive then they're worth. buy the parts, build it yourself and it'll be cheaper.
