Ending of GTA V - Poor ...
I had a blast with GTA V, the missions were great, the side missions was weird (which i loved) and the map was huge.. i'm still exploring the map. by the end of the game i didn't know if i was playing a game or watching a movie because the final cut scene of the game looked more like a movie than a game.

Can anyone make my towns police car?
Just a heads up. People might not make the models, but they'll make the textures to put on a crown vic model. and the SUV you supplied most likely will not get done since that vehicle hasn't been made for IV (that i know of) But someone will end up making you the textures, then you can add then you have to download a crown vic from either here or another site then you can put the texture on the car.

I forgot my license/ID officer
I really like this idea. In America sometimes the officer let's you off if you don't have a license on you. here in Australia, if you're pulled over and not carrying your license you're automatically fined for driving without a license

Battlefield 2, still being active
To be honest, I think Battlefield 2 will always be played like Team Fortress 2. When i used to play it online.. it was fun and i didn't know what to expect.

1999 Expedition
All i can say is goodluck finding someone that will touch a sketchup model. you could do it yourself? There should be a few tutorials on YouTube (it always helps to learn, just in case you need to do it in the future)

Lcpdfr clans
I think the groups section is down from the same reason the Crime Stats section is down (Jay is trying to find a way to have them function but use less resources) So if that is the case, yes it will be back up eventually. the people that can give a definite answer on that is Jay since he runs all the technical administrations for the site. Sam and LMS (developers) might know aswell.

There are only a few options you can do (all of which ineseri has said). You can add a link in your signature and my page, they'll get noticed when you become active in the forums.. I just guess if you want attention you'll have to post some more posts on posts

GTA IV crashes
It seems like a really strange bug. I Would say that you didn't completely uninstall 0.95 (since that is how the San Andreas circle is from), But you said you did a fresh install and didn't install 0.95. my guess is LCPD:FR 1.0 and ELS V7 are conflicting. I suggest downgrading your ELS from V7 to V6 and see if that fixes your problem

1999 Expedition
Honestly, If you want the Expedition to be good, you'll have to build it from scratch.

Australian NSW Ford Falcon XR8 Highway Patrol
Your skins are pretty good. Have you shown these to the guys on GPM (Australian Emergency Textures), I think some of them will use these. If i was still using my Aussie fleet i would use these :D

Do you think what this officer did was right?
Officers don't shoot people in the leg because then if they're a threat.. the officers or people around them could get injured. For example the officer shoots the guy in the leg, as he goes down, the officer walks over to cuff him, the suspect pulls out a gun and shoots the officer. Police officers don't want to kill someone.. But they will if they have too, Police officers have always been trained to shoot if needed. the guy had a knife, you can convince him to drop it (which the officer started to do), as soon as the guy takes that first step with the knife, it's considered a threat so officers are allowed to shoot to kill. Some officers would use a taser or beanbag shotgun because they don't want to shoot to kill. But there wasn't enough time for the officer to go back and get the beanabg shotgun and the officer might not have had a taser (their department might not use them). every department uses different training. but the training for using your gun in a situation like that is the same.

1999 Expedition
I don't think anyone will convert it because it's a sketchup model. Most sketchup models require a lot of editing before it can be released. by the time you finish the sketchup model.. You could have built one from scratch and released it.

Halogen Michigan State Police
Couldn't you get the MSP Crown Vic from GPM (i think BXBugs created it). and change it to ELS-H in the ELS.ini options? put a 1 after the Halogen Only so it looks like "Halogen_Only = 1" then it'll make that car have Halogen lights. (well that's with V6, I'm not sure if you can do that for V7)

What is the most accurate Police show no television right now?
It's pretty hard to say which show is realistic. They're all different. I think for day to day life: COPS, Highway Patrol (Aussie), RBT (Aussie), The Force (Aussie), The Bill (even though it wasn't that realistic.. It was still good) Getting involved with Cops personal and professional lives: COPS (first season), Some CSI moments, and SouthLAnd Detectives: any of the Law and Order, the detective aspect of SouthLAnd. SWAT: S.W.A.T (80's TV Show) those are my opinions, i can't say much for Adam 12, Hawaii Five-0 etc since i haven't watched them. Edit: I also forgot about Crime Investigation shows. That would have to be for CSI: Las Vegas (that is based around the evidence and how it is used to catch the suspect whereas CSI: Miami and New York is based around the people, the guns and the cities)

Do you think what this officer did was right?
well i guess he died since he put 3-4 rounds in his chest, then when he dropped to the ground the officer walked outside to get the girl to calm down. If he was just injured the officer would secure the weapons and cuff him. plus they would've called an ambulance instead calling it Code-4

Do you think what this officer did was right?
I agree this was justified. The person was issued multiple warning to drop the knife, it was clearly spoken and loud so you couldn't get it confused. the guy with the knife walked towards the officer (which classes as a threat to the officer). So he took the shot, Police officers are trained to shoot in the torso because if they feel threatened and they shoot, the threat isn't gonna get back up (as Australian police officers are trained "we shoot to stop the threat"). if you shoot him in the leg, the officer would be open to an attack. The officer didn't shoot because he had a gun and he was a cop.. The officer fired his firearm because he felt threatened.

Need advice on Gaming Computer
I got my PC when i was 13 and i paid for everything myself (my parents paid for my case), I'm 16 and i still buy my PC parts. But if you want something to play on the go then the $499 would be better, 4gb of RAM will let you place at high setting, but if you put mods in it will lag (i currently have 4gb ram until i get my 8gb RAM in a couple days). the price range that will run GTA 4 without a doubt is between $500-$1000 some cheaper ones might play.. It all comes down to it's specs. Just google "GTA 4 PC specs" and find a laptop that's over the recommended requirements (you have to have a little bit over for the mods to run properly)

NSW Police FG XR6 Turbo Falcon WIP
You have made a lot of progress on it from the last time i saw a screenshot (from the AET thread on GPM). I love it :D It's different since the only Falcons i see in Tassie are from the traffic division with the 20 series lightbar (and the occasional 90 series)

Need advice on Gaming Computer
It'll be better in the long run to buy a desktop or build it up. if you buy a desktop you can choose and change what parts you want. You can't do that with a laptop. say if something in your desktop breaks.. You can replace it. But if it broke in a laptop.. Your only option is to buy a new laptop. Just save up your money and buy a PC that can run GTA 4 with medium settings (you don't exactly need a gaming beast to enjoy the game), and when you do get one that runs GTA on medium setting just save up and buy the parts you want to upgrade. It's what i did with mine and my game works a lot better than a laptop .
