You don't really need beta testers for textures. You could do it yourself by putting the texture on the required car, downloading FRAPS (i think the free download comes with the screenshot ability). I understand if you wanted some for models, but textures don't need testers.. It's a lot quicker and easier if you do it yourself:)

Hmm.. Not sure if creative video or trailer for a movie. That was really well done, i honestly thought at first Rockstar Games created it as a video for the LCPD. professionally done, well planned and the camera angles are perfect. Keep it up Olanov!

The military jets have missiles that have the lock on feature.. I'm not sure about the rocket launcher, To my knowledge i don't think the rocket launchers have that feature though

I could tell it was fake from the way the gun was fired and how the "bullets" reacted with the dward.. He just fell to the ground and didn't even slightly move or reacted when the "bullets" hit him, He just fell to the ground. Plus there is no blood, when someone gets shot blood pretty much pours out of the body (especially when it's in the torso area). Also the way the guy fired the gun.. The kickback was too much.

When i always choose my cruiser before going out on patrol.. I ALWAYS have someone running up to me trying to steal it. That is why i now carry an M4 assault Rifle with me, Someone tries to steal my cruiser.. I blast a million rounds into their torso because NOBODY steals my cruiser. It may seem harsh, But it taught the guy to never try to steal my cruiser xD

You're right., Not many people do Australian patrols, but the aussie patrols are normally the ones that get a lot of veiws. When i was making LCPD:FR videos, i switched from Aussie cars to American cars and well.. My Aussie videos got waaaaay lot more views than my American videos.

Yeah it would be better if there was an option to turn it off in this INI files. I have had many accidents where i have rear ended another car because of the camera positioning

I had something like that.. I arrived on scene to some call, my partner gets out and walks off.. It was like he just said "Screw this, i quit" The scene was cleared and my partner was no where to be found xD

This happened like 15 minutes ago. I head to the police station and go on duty, get all my gear and grab my car, as i'm about to leave the police carpark 2 guys run into the lot. one of the suspects proceed to try to steal my car while the other runs to a stationary patrol car and tries to steal it. i drive forward so the offender doesn't jack me, i get out of the car and the suspect pulls a gun, i shoot him while his buddy steals a parked patrol car and drives off. a 15 minute pursuit takes place, then he ends up being cornered, i get out with my gun drawn, car reverses at me, hits me and drives forward (which did no good cause he was trapped). He reverses again and tries to hit me, before he does i fire shots into his back window and into the direction he is sitting, he was killed instantly. Just a regular day on patrol as an Liberty City police officer if you ask me :D

It's not really illegal since the internet is a public place, So it's not really illegal for people to view what you're doing. It's like having CCTV in a grocery store and security is watching you on a monitor in a back room.. You're in a public place so people can watch you.

It's most likely your 1gb RAM doing it.. Try cutting down on your scripts and car mods.. With RAM like that you probably only can use Non-ELS cars.
