I saw this when i went to bed, i was watching TMZ and this story came on. Justin acts like because he is a celebrity he is the god of everyone and the police can't touch him. I think the fame went to his head and now look where he is, in a police custody cell. Give him a few more years, he'll retire from music, be stupid, get someone killed and spend his life in prison.

Your taxi bug is caused by your police vehicles. because they're high poly the game spawns the vehicle with the low poly, which is the taxi's. It happens to everyone and the only way to fix it (other than using low poly cars) is to use a script which spawns regular cars into traffic. That could work. But maybe with not so many license plates. The names in LCPD:FR had a lot so the chance of getting the same name twice was a big fat zero chance. so maybe having the chance plate come up every now and then could work.

You can't say 'yes it will lag' and you can't say 'no it won't lag' Since nobody knows your system specs. Lagging is based upon how good your PC is and how fast it can process your game. On a Low-Medium range PC i'd say no because it won't be powerful enough to run it, On a Medium-High range PC i'd say it could work but there is a chance it will lag. On a High-BEAST PC i'd say yes because well.. It's a top notch gaming system (and when i say beast i mean something that is worth about $5000 and can run anything)

escaped prisoner? It's realistic and happens on occasions. Maybe using the Alderney State Prison ped? Riot, Or protest out of control. Could be at the building in Algonquin which is heavily guarded by LCPD (the one that gets you 4 stars when entered.. i think it's the GTA equivalent of the UN building). you'll have to make arrests, clear the scene and someone might have a gun. RTA/MVA (just like in Bravehearts policing script, but since he hasn't updated his mod to work with LCPD:FR 1.0 it could be implemented into LCPD:FR Bomb threat. Multiple different locations, you have to get the people out of the area before a certain time and contain the bomb (could use something like the suicidal subject calming down bar thingy from 0.95), could also have a terrorist attack in the Train/subway underground terminal

Mine would have to be Franklin's driving, Since i'm a horrible driver and i thought his ability came in handy a lot (especially with the races)

That would be pretty epic, But i don't see it getting implemented into LCPD:FR I honestly don't think it's possible since for a license plate they're all the same (LIBERTY CITY), the peds get randomized and the same with the car colour, so the information in the MDC, most likely be completely different to what you're looking at. plus it'll be a long time since you'll have to be filling out notes, reading them. When a traffic stop takes 5 minutes max, if this was added.. the time a traffic stop takes would be increased.

Eh, I don't really have a theory, I'm not saying it is a bug.. IT could be an easter egg. But how it is described it just seems like a bug to me. Don't get me wrong.. A part of me feels like Rockstar games is screwing with us by adding in an easter egg.. byt there is another part of me that feels like it's a bug.

I don't think it's a conspiracy.. It sounds more like a bug. But if it is something.. It sounds interesting

The multiple traffic stop would be nice, You could be at a traffic stop, find a car worthy of pulling over and they'll be signaled and then they'll pull over so they're ready to deal with after you have dealt with your first offender. It'll come in handy when you see an unroadworthy vehicle or someone who is driving dangerously near your traffic stop.

Here in Australia (well New South Wales right now, Departments are trying to get this as a law in every state), If you kill a police officer it's a life sentence in prison (i think with no parole) People who kill cops are the scum of the earth, they do an amazing job that hardly any of us can do.

I signed this earlier today, After i sat here for 5 minutes facepalming. This is the most stupidest thing i have heard, If it's not stupid News reports, it's businesses doing stupid stuff.. If everything is like this now.. I feel sorry for the future generation that will be here in the next 10-20 years

I did see a plain white one in the Hobarts Police HQ when they had their garage door open. They probably shipped all the rest up Burnie xD That's our Government, They can spend millions on useless stuff but when it comes to our Emergency Services.. they get nothing

mind you.. That was a waste of money because they set them up on main highways, near the Tasman bridge etc.. And the only time i seen them when they were introduced (after the month or 2 they just vanished). Plus it's a trailer that is modified with a camera in the back.. and i looked at one and it could be towed, i'm surprised nobody took one yet xD

Don't request to pay since car modeling is a hobby and not a job.. People will make models for free. There is already a marked Dodge Challenger around so someone might have an unlocked model which they can make unmarked for you.

That has been there for ages. It's not new. They removed it shortly after 0.95 RC2 came out, i guess they decided to bring it back. It's a keep up to date system, the things you see are real people playing the game, it lets you know who is issuing tickets, in a pursuit, calling backup etc EDIT: I do have to admit, it's a really cool addition to the site, Jay does work miracles :D the question remains is, Something has replaced the MDC's spot in the "More" tab, I just wonder what this new feature is

Down here in Tassie it's different. If you're driving around without your license on you and you get pulled over BOOM! That's a fine. Sometimes the officers let you off with a warning (if you're lucky and they're in a good mood), but the rest it's a fine. Or (and they only brought this in recently) if you have a license but it's not on you and you have other photo identification, they'll take that and run your name through the MDC, it'll bring up a copy of your drivers license details and they can use that.

They were either made from scratch or converted from a different games. It's possible to put them in GTA 4, you can covert it using a program. but they'll look horrible since sketchup models aren't detailed and are of a low quality. by the time you can detail it, fix it up, make it high quality.. someone might have already done one from scratch

Modelers generally don't touch Sketchup models because it takes too much time to edit it so it can work for GTA 4. It'll be quicker to make the model from scratch than edit a Sketchup model. I'm sorry i just don't see these models getting converted and put into game anytime soon, unless someone wants to create it from scratch

Grand Theft Auto 4 won't start? Is it a legal copy? Is it patched to 1.0.7.0? Can you show us your PC specifications? the only thing i can think of is that your computer can't handle GTA 4, Can you please explain more on how it won't start? Edit: I just noticed you posted in the LCPD:FR section. Is it your GTA 4 that doesn't work or is it LCPD:FR that doesn't work?

It's mot really a leak, i think every company put up a PC version of GTA V because they thought one was getting released the same time the console versions were. It;s more of a rumor than a leak. If Rockstar didn't say or announce it then it's not official
