By the sounds of it, you're installing it wrong. Re-install GTA 4 so it's a fresh copy (no mods installed) and follow this guide. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

My favourite movie would have to be S.W.A.T, End of Watch, Rampart, The Son of Noone, Lakeview Terrace and Tactical Force. .. I love watching police movies, they interest more than other movies. For TV Shows i'd have to say SouthLAnd, Blue Bloods, CSI (all 3 of them), Blue Heelers (an Aussie police show that was cancelled in 2007), Law and Order SVU, S.W.A.T (the old tv show) and COPS

Bring up your SNT - go to Options - press Numpad 6 to go to the second page - it's close to the end of the second page. next to "Disable ingame messages" t should be "disable shortcut keys" when it's disabled save your trainer.ini by finding the "save trainer.ini" option

My opinion is that they're amazing people. they wake up, put on their uniform and leave for work.. knowing that at any time they could get killed. They do a job that hardly anybody could do, they risk their lives to save a strangers life.. and because of that i thank them for their honor and service to the city. But.. the corrupted police officers can go burn in hell because they don't deserve a badge. i don't care what happens, in the next couple years i'll be joining the police force.. whether or not i make it is a different matter.. but whatever the outcome is every good police officer will be a brother or sister in blue to me:)

ahh, that is why. go into your SNT menu - go into options - go to the second page - disable keys - then save trainer. The reason why your E won't work as an arrest button is because it's conflicting with SNT's "Call a taxi" shortcut/key binding. disabling shortcuts will let your arrest.

If it's a locked model then nobody can do anything to it unless it's BxBugs himself. which is probably what the model is "locked"

hmm. Do you use any other mods that maybe conflicting with it? like a script that already uses the E button? did you install the mod correctly? Like are you able to go on duty?

My apologies, you're right there is no option for it in the INI. which would mean it was hard-coded into the script itself. so you can't disable it nor change it unfortunately

Don't be sorry, English isn't everyone's first language:) I was just confused. But like i said before, suspects will try to flee because they'll resist arrest. so pressing E multiple times should work.

"push email" You mean E? Sometimes the suspect will flee to avoid arrest, just press E again until he stops.

That is the key list to the controls of ELS. You can change them. There is a list of mouse and keyboard key's which can be used to change the controls in "ELS USERGUIDE.pdf" under section 6.02 - Control Key Codes. They can be used in the ELS.ini file. for example i want to change the Primary lights from J (74) to Enter (13) i just change the numbers in the INI to the numbers it's set to in the Control Key codes list.

Just change it in the config file. You can change it from scroll lock to a different key. There is a couple of documents that came with ELS v8 that tells you how to do it.

I don't think it's a good idea.. Rockstar would get a massive lawsuit to the point their company would get shut down because over-protective mothers would complain. There was going to be children in GTA 3 but they were cut (the building/hall next to the Callahan Bridge was originally going to be a school). there has only been 1 child in GTA and that was the baby in GTA Vice City Stories, that was only in cutscenes though

My framerate decides to drop when i have background programs open (like documents, internet etc). make sure to close them before playing. Also to give it a bit of a boost, disable your anti-virus (but make sure to enable it before going back onto the internet).

Probably my favourite is the Premier Hazard siren, Which is used by the Australian police force.. and i think the UK uses it aswell.

You should be able to change the area flash, However i don't know how. There is a user manual that came with ELS v7 that tells you how to though, so consult the manual:)

If there i no option in the ELS.ini file, then you can't do it. However you can try bumping up the sound quality in the options menu of GTA 4, and see if that works, if not then it's impossible to turn it up.

What does "fashioned LCPDFR" mean? To arrest someone in 0.95 you aim your gun at the suspect and press E to arrest them. - Press Shift - TAB when in game to view a list of controls In 1.0 you can just aim at the suspect with either fist,melee or gun and press E to arrest them. - There is a document within the 1.0 download outlining all the control/features for LCPD:FR 1.0

Windows XP is a really old and outdated system, most programs and games today aren't supported nor work on Windows XP. ELS V8 and LCPD:FR 1.0 uses coding programs/software that isn't compatible with nor supported on Windows XP, i thinks it's about time to think about upgrading to either Windows 7 or Windows 8 since most programs run perfectly on them.

Is your GTA 4 patched to 1.0.7.0 (1.1.2.0 for EFLC) are you 110 sure you installed LCPD:FR 1.0 correctly? Follow this guide to make sure - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Also many people in the past (including myself) have had problems using the automatic installer, I don't know if it was fixed or not.. but to make sure, install LCPD:FR 1.0 manually (the guide i just linked shows you how to install manually)
