All the ones i have seen are blue, but i think you can change the light colour by replacing a texture file (which again, a texture artist will have to make)

There are a fw Sprinters around, most have European textures on them.. but you can always request a texture so a texture artist can make one for you.

Nope, it was taken down because the person who created it left because of personal reasons.

it's cool, i only figured out the fix like an hour ago. The yellow lights looked really horrible.. especially with an ENB installed, so i needed a fix ASAP xD

I made a post about this yesterday. You can change it by changing the values in your lampost.ide, however that doesn;t work. the solution is to download CryENB from here - http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/cryenb-v1-1070eflc-f27070 and just use the lampost.ide and .img from CryENB. so far it's the only fixed. it doesn't replace all of them, there is still a couple of lights that will be yellow.

Honestly, i don't have a favourite car mod. If i like what i see i use it. Although if i had to pick one, i'd have to say any of the Australian Police cars because well... it's Aussie and i'm Aussie xD

I know changing the color can be done, since i have seen numerous ENB/ICEnhancers have all white traffic lights. i would've gotten them.. but they only support 1.0.4.0 patch EDIT: I looked around for a few ENB mods to see if they have a change for the lamppost.ide and CryENB does have it. I installed it and it works :D So nearly all (there is a couple left orange/yellow to make it look realistic.. i think the author made it like that) of the lamp posts are white, and they look amazing. here is a link to the mod i downloaded in case anyone wants it - http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/cryenb-v1-1070eflc-f27070

I live in Tasmania, Australia. Our cars aren't anything fancy like America.. but they still look good. Atleast they know how to have fun. Taking the job way to serious is what causes mental problems. this is a great example of how officers take their job seriously, and know when to switch off to laugh. plus.. having a partner that will be stupid with you is always awesome xD

They will most likely do it in Vice City, since we have had both Liberty City and San Andreas completely remade for the HD universe. However.. they could also make a first appearance of Carcer City. since that is also a big part of the GTA world.. it gets mention all the time on the radio, character bios etc

the method does work.. however it only changes a few light. and i did change all of the numbers so it should work, however it still only changes a few.. unless there is another .ide file that nees to be changed :/

I stumbled upon this not long ago actually. i'm not slowly changing the street light colours.

I want to change the colour of the streetlamps (both reflection on the ground and the light itself) from the horrible yellow to a whitish (same color as the vehciles headlights). the yellow lights look horrible with the ENB i'm using and it'll be a lot better with white. But. i don't know where to go or what to do, hence why i'm asking for support.

I agree. As of 1.0c we can customize our partner with the appearance, but we can't change the actual model. changing the partner's model would be an awesome feature to have

If i ever saw a patrol car like that show up behind me.. i would be speeding just to try to get the hell out of the area, because THAT will cause a lot of problems xD I hope you get it fixed though, sucks when you get cars that don't work right.

Honestly, reading through the OP's post, there really isn't anything to suggest that he was trying to taunt or urge anyone. he made a script so people could use for their clans, but thieves ruined it. every script is locked down and the only people who can access it is the developers (unless you do what thieves did and crack it). it's extremely rare to find a script that is open for use. and i don't think at all he "dumbed down" the mod, the clans he chose were for alpha and beta testing, so using one version for his clan and a different for the rest completely defeats the purpose of having testers. everything the developer put in would've been the release for other people to use. just like in the online gaming world, it takes one hacker to ruin the enjoyment for everyone else, the same thing applies with mods. and as the OP did say, he might release it in the future. but the chances are decreased now because of these hackers.

The devs had/have every right to go "mine mine mine", they were going to release it for other people, but clans decided to crack it and claim it as their own. giving no credit to the original author. honestly, i would've pulled the plug on it aswell. Yeah, people make things better.. but the people who "tweaked" it, didn't make it better.. they just completely stole the creators hard earned work, claimed it as their own and no credit what so ever is given to the original creator, all of it is going to the thieves. It only takes one person to ruin a great mod for thousands of others, and that is what the thieves have done.
