Steam doesn't run the game as Administrator (which you have to do). you should be able to fix this problem by right clicking on your desktop item of Steam - go to Properties - go to Compatibility - tick the box for Run this program as Administrator - click apply then ok. restart steam and play GTA 4

Nope, They don't normally send undercover cops in schools, they send either uniformed officers, or police officers in plain clothes. and if he was an undercover cop, then he wouldn't show you his badge, nor his gun because then he'll blow his cover, and potentially get fired from being a cop, they also send experienced cops in undercover situations and no experienced cop will do something stupid like that.

Calling a Mechanic will have to load a model, then you'll wait until he arrives.. which in that time, the loaded model could crash your game. using SNT can repair your car withing a click of a button and BOOM! You're back on patrol, no stuffing around waiting for a mechanic.

Only use the two SNT files, don't use the advanced hook files. since the ones that came with LCPDFR work. Just copy the SNT.INI and SNT.ASI over. nothing else. if you still experience the taxi bug (which it is known as), you need to download a traffic spawner (taxis occur when you mod cars with high poly vehicles) download this - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> and put the files (trafficflow.ini and trafficflow.net.dll) in your scripts folder.

Download it, drag the SNT.ini and SNT.asi into the GTA 4 directory. then load up your game. press F3 to activate it (brings up the menus), use your numpad keys to use it 5=enter 8= up 2= down 4= left page 6= right page. Back in LCPD:FR 0.95 the game glitched, and well.. it spawned a shots fired call (Alderney's Industrial District), so i accept, switch on my lights and sirens, pull up to the scene and i don't hear any shots. Like there are people on the HUD, but no one is shooting, i run over to the scene with an M4 drawn, what do i see. LCPD:FR glitched and spawned the suspects with tasers xD They were all there shooting each other with tasers, i said "scew it", pulled out my taser and joined in xD

Why would you open fire in Hove Beach? Like seriously.. that is the first thing that should be taught before playing GTA 4 xD You fire a shot in Hove Beach.. you'll need the Military to back you up cause every Russian decides to have a gun fight.

Why would you get banned, If you get banned for posting a video of LCPDFR on THEIR forums.. then the Community Team has done something wrong xD But seriously, you won't get banned. Back on topic, i didn't watch the full video because my internet has been dodgy, but what i have seen is pretty awesome. Just add a bit more excitement and enthusiasm to your voice, it just got kinda dull and like you were bored of the game. You have to capture the audience in the first 3 seconds otherwise they'll leave. All in all it was a pretty awesome video:)

Honestly, i doubt this will happen because by the time 2038 comes, hardly anything will run on a 32bit operating system. the only people that probably will are places that don't have time to upgrade (like government places)

Can you be more specific?

We don't use a VXR, in the whole of Australia.. there is probably 1, which would be most likely for promotional purpose. We mainly use Holden Commodores/Omega, Ford Falcon, or Toyota hilux and camry.

Advanced Scripthook is what runs LCPD:FR, you need to download the latest one for it to work properly

Is your advanced scripthook up to date? normally when it can't reads the script. Grand Theft Auto IV can run on Windows 8 with no problem, so there is no need for it be in compatibility mode, switch that off and see if that helps.
