  1. Seems like a useful concept, I couldn't imagine it ever seeing the light of day here in the UK purely due to the resistance it would meet. Useful for perhaps slowing someone down but i don't buy the approach of using it as a measure to prevent someone causing themselves harm.
  2. You may find more luck with AMD's own tools. HW Monitor has been known to not play nice with the temperature sensors on some AM boards. As mentioned by Wilhelm it's unlikely you'll damage anything due to failsafes However mid 60s isn't that hot all things considered.
  3. What is it you found didn't work, and did you run the troubleshooter albo has included?. I personally add a couple of callouts to vary gameplay.
  4. I noticed this, instead they're replaced with a 'c' char.
  5. The release of 0.4 will likely kick some new addons into development, or reignite the passions of the developers of the discontinued ones. Or enable features that don't require them alltogether.
  6. Running through the features you may also find yourself pleasantly surprised by the amount of plugins you now won't have to install. The rest will come into play given time, as much as the development team understand plugins are important, if their only focus was maintaining compatibility for this current patch we'd likely not see as many features.

It's probably going at its strongest at the moment, admittedly interest died down a bit between updates but that was purely due to the immense work being put in before the update can be released so a time gap is expected. Once we get to the point where V updates are few and far between i think the community will flourish further.
  9. The best thing to do would be wait and when RPH and Scripthook are updated use RPH's backup feature so you can play later if it updates again, for now just imagine the nice flash flash 😂
  10. Workarounds exist providing you have the foresight to backup the game version beforehand or block the launcher from updating. As far as i believe there's no workaround once the game has already updated and we have to play the waiting game.
  11. 100% agree with this, Having used Albo's plugins and been present whilst he developed his serverside scripts you can see the immense hard work he's put into them. And i'm glad the lspdfr team have focused some of these features into the core modification.

  14. Excellent work thus far, Will we be seeing features that were standardised without plugins from lcpdfr, such as the ability to grab peds without needing to install a plugin for that? Keep up the good work.
  15. No need to be disappointed because it's a vast improvement on retextures of the original model. I asked around with colleagues from my force who just pointed out the flaws in keeping the taser so high up.
  16. An excellent start for the more realistic looking models for UK police officers. A few pointers from experience, I would relocate the taser to either the lower portion of the load vest, or the belt, I've not seen any taser officer in my force area using it so high up because A.) there's rarely a load vest with a mounting point up here and B.) it's not practical to quickly draw taser if required. Next I would bring the captor closer to the belt, however this is merely aesthetic. Finally I would consider moving the radio further down the vest, as many officers tend to have it lower to make it easier to access. All in all good ped however!
  17. Hi all, I'm sure you're all enjoying the latest rendition of LSPDFR aswell, I just wanted to make a small suggestion and was wondering other peoples views on the topic. And by small i mean just that, I would personally love it (and correct me if it already exists) If there was another garage access point on the interior of the police station as well as on the outside. I would love to seamlessly put my gear on, Visit the armory (another suggestion!, can we get weapons from the armory, perhaps via a menu!) and then head to the garage door on the inside and access our vehicles that way rather than having to walk outside and run all the way around. Your guys' thoughts?
  18. They only really work when next to something that you can interact with, e.g a bench. Some things just do not work altogether.
  19. There are apparently some slight issues with the release, especially with the pedestrians going "slightly mental". The sirens can be activated as usual however you should be able to deactivate the sirens with 'J' whilst the lights are running, to run without the siren. As far as your bugged peds, You cannot arrest every ped yet, you can only arrest peds related to a crime or traffic stop.
  20. This does occasionally happen, I've experienced this a few times, with some "unarrestable" and stupidly weak suspects. I believe it to be some kind of bug, as my game has sometimes created a duplicate suspect with these properties. And bear in mind however that cat current you can only arrest peds that have either been pulled over or the result of a callout.
  21. Chances are the specific ENB you're using is simply too much for your computer to handle. Even though you may have the specifications to run GTA:IV, it's a poor port and as such certain things may cause issues, I would suggest changing your ENB.
  22. This is most likely as mentioned before, a False Positive. It is normal to often have these however I can assure you that this site and the contents of it are safe.
  23. I like the sound of these, and I reckon the guys at G17 will take a look at posts like these when it comes nearer to the time of adding new calls.
  24. Until such a time where our all powerful lords at G17 are able to get a moment to themselves to set up a bug posting area (If I'm mistaken and there is one please guide me to it). I'll use this thread and perhaps others may do so also in order to post any bugs or strange happenings or even things that should not be that they come across. (THIS THREAD IS NOT FOR POSTING GAME ISSUES AND CRASHES. This is to further the development of the mod. Please visit the appropriate support forums for your game issues.) Observations (LAST UPDATED: 20/06/2015, update 2) Scared Officers Upon completion of a callout I've noticed that the officers suddenly lose their courage as it where. Should a further gunshot or incident occur then the officer will scream and run away. Arresting causes pedestrian chaos Upon arresting a suspect with pedestrians around, when you perform the arrest, citizens in the road or in vehicles will scream and drive at you, run away or leave their vehicles and run away. Update 2 Pursuit ends This doesn't happen in every pursuit however in some it is almost like the suspect has an agenda as to where they want to flee to, This normally would be good, however once they get there they just circle the area endlessly until you catch them.
  25. Just want to start by saying that for a first build this is absolutely incredible, it has all the groundwork for a damn good modification. I just want to make a few observations and suggestions that I would personally love to see further down the line, Some may have been suggested but as far as I'm concerned the more the merrier. Observations: Upon arrest the suspect has a tendency to start the kneel animation but only bend their legs slightly then reset the animation, it will continue to do this until I nudge them and unaim my weapon and reapply aim. The police for me have the same blips as the suspect, making it quite difficult to determine how many suspects at a distance.I believe I've experienced a strange occurrence when the criminal will duplicate and create an "unarrestable" counterpart who does show on the minimap as a blip but only runs away from the vehicle with the original suspect inSuggestions: As is popular, please add the Tazer to the default loudout for some of the agency units (Obviously not all agencies would carry one)Agency specific calloutsa marker to enter the LSPD garage (Vehicle select screen) and obtain a new vehicle when yours is damaged (for those who dont want to use a trainer) I'm looking forward to the further development of this mod!
