    The models like taser, cuffs, radio -> accesories are mady completly from scratch by me in ZModeler 3. Other such as clothing are modified vanilla, partly modified or completly new modified/done by me in ZModeler3. Basically you need a (selfmade-) blueprint. 3-Planes in 3D-Modeler - you imagine the Object in 3 Planes. The Volume is the last bit. Afterwards it is just practice combining the parts.

    i must admit the radio - is the simplest model part. Im sure if you can make you own models - you would be able to complete simple radio model. As long as i keep making models - i won't publish open models, which are still used in projects.

    It was no other way possible for me to have a visor set as alpha element by type helmet. I suppose maybe in the next update a "fix" would be there, atleast i would try to get a workaround on that problem.

    if you use a different prop, for personal use, it shouldn't make any difference for GTA 5 if i had previously set it to eyes. As long as all slots fit to same prop. Basicaly, if you switch prop ydd and ytd it should work fine, i'm i wrong?

    Initially the vest was mentioned for the this type of new model including variations with blue sweather, long sleeve and short sleeve hemd. Unfortunatly due many bugs and system crash the model files of the officers in the pictures were lost and only the vest remained in the back-up files. If there is enough free-time i may start to continue work on constable models.

    Yes. Textures, with no etc. Thank you for remark, the bug feature is known but doesn't concern the gameplay. (Model tested on game patch 1365.) Well OpenIV still leaves some exploits. So written things have their order.

    i admit, it might sound confusing i guess - §6, §7,§8 means basicaly: if you download the model and use on server as is - you don't need persmission. If you want to modify more than texture - you need permission. Only extracting parts e.g. vest, helmet etc. and using them on another model - is forbidden (SP or MP).

    Just stick up to original texture, make sure it is the right one - that you replace! (uppr_000 or uppr_001) It should look like this for short sleeve (uv-map setup):

    Standart gta5 ready. SirenMastery Custom-Siren-Ready. Easy Install & lots of configuration oportunaties. Clean loop and loud enogh. No unwanted "noise" and in my opinion the right siren sound for the british vehicles. I wish the actuall british "horn" sound would be included, if there is one. so conclusion 5/5
