Hmmm... It's certainly better then the god awful new Camaro and Mustang, christ. I personally think it's not that bad a' lookin' car however I certainly wouldn't call it a muscle car, more a luxury sports. I haven't seen a NICE or REAL muscle car since the 08 mustang. Hopefully someone comes on the muscle car scene with a knowledge of what a muscle car should REALLY be, and a big no, no to 4 doors.

As far as I'm aware, editing the 'lightsemissive' section in the Visual settings will reduce the bloom however, the brightness will go with it. If I were you I'd experiment with some Timcyc mods like this mod.

Yeah sorry, I was being a noob talking about file size, not the car itself :L

well there's a few ways I guess. 1. The size of the file. Low poly is about 1-16mb, anything above 20mb for one car is high and 40mb is very high 2. The car in game has a HD interior - this uses a large amount of polys. 3. Try manually spawning that car multiple times and base it off the amount of lag that persists. 4. Check the download page for the vehicle.

It's too do with modded vehicles. If vehicles are high poly they cause texture loss. Often the game may muck up and not find the car to spawn timing out which also causes texture loss (this happens a lot with the 'polpatriot' slow). To prevent this, either revert to vanilla cars and one by one, add your modded ones OR if it's only police models that are modded, go to the LCPDFR.ini and find 'Preload models' and type true. This is what fixed it for me as one of my police cars was either very bug-attractive or just extremely high poly.

I'm guessing you didn't read the rest, wait, last page of this topic? He said that he will release the main police (trooper, city police, highway patrol) and then later, a pack containing all the peds: fbi, swat, fire ect, ect. I love the city cops, they look amazing, can't wait! :)

We have no idea if we would be able to even do anything with the actual game files if it comes to PC, and if it we are able to we may not even be able to alter the lights, or even add lights! It's too early to tell! :)

Alcohol was illegal at one point, problem was there were too many people drinking it illegally. If it wasn't as wide spread drinking would probably still illegal but the problem was too big to contain so they let it go and now look at the problems drinking causes now and it's too big to fix. We are at that point where we so called, 'make it or break it' stage with marijuana, yes, at parties fine whatever, own use, regular use, no. If we just let it go problems will very quickly arise and worsen over time. The longer we say no some say the more in trouble we get however, to me, it's the other way around. Once marijuana uses realise they're not getting it legalized, through the generations there will become less users, hopefully. And nothing personal, but 16 is a little young to be, what I gather, a rather regular user. I'm more then sure you know the consequences but the same thing happened to my uncle, top of his class, best at everything blah-blah but by the time he was finished with uni (being a regular user) he has slipped up, he didn't care about his exams and slowly but steadily he moved on to new things and now he's well... fucked. Which sort of backs up my point. We thinks it's fine so we keep using then suddenly we have a problems, and often not just one be can brush under the rug.

Every states almost like a separate country it's self with it's own government-sort-of-thing and laws. Anything law that spreads over the whole united states is called a federal law I believe. Sorry if you already know that, I was just going off what I could decode from your post :)
