Does anyone know if this game will let you free roam? They've obviously put a lot of effort in recreating LA and the map looks kinda large.

I think you need to buy a new CPU as you're not getting the full whack out of your GPU. Still, you should be able to play on high settings just fine.

By supported I believe he means he can't offer his support... Perhaps it was a dodgey install or damaged somehow, try giving both c++ and EFLC a reinstall.

Yes, there is a parked cars mod. This isn't what I was meaning though. All that mod does is add a few special cars to a few places. What I'm looking for is a mod that will fill up the parking lots and add more cars to the side of the road. By 10x, I think you mean 100x sexier...

Hey, So whilst driving around Liberty city I always make sure I have as much traffic as possible, except, when I go past a parking lot there's perhaps, 20-30 spaces, and only 3 cars actually parked. Is there, or would it be possible for someone to make a mod to increase the amount of parked cars? Second, when I leave my car, I don't like how the wheels always center. Again, would it be possible to recreate this mod to GTA IV?

I believe both humans and nature play a part. The world's heating up, regardless of what we're doing, however, we're not helping the situation but instead encouraging it by speeding it up and causing the rise to increase. I'm not going to worry about climate change just like I don't worry about cancer, we'll have a cure for it sooner rather then later, and we'll have an answer to climate change sooner rather then later. As we develop, as technology develops, we will start developing answers and solutions to these sorts of problems. I don't really know too much about the statistics of climate change or what not, but that's my take on it.
