  1. Sounds good but if you made the wail a longer loop it'd be perfect. Good job.
  2. Nice siren. I laughed at the end.
  3. I too seemed to have a problem with ELS v7. My game would crash just before you select GTA: IV or EFLC. I dunno about you but I managed to work my way around it by taking out all ELS folders and replacing Vehicle.ide with the default one then starting my game up, quitting, putting back ELS and Vehicle.ide and my game works fine. However it seems to becoming a trend for me that every new ELS car I install I have to do this. Just a thought, may as well try it, I've heard replacing your vehicle.ide with the default then installing your ELS cars again works, I dunno. Good luck anyway.
  4. I'm not really sure but hasn't the timecyc got something to do with that? Try replacing those with the default ones. (I'm not sure, probably won't work but it won't hurt to try) Good luck!
  5. Not a fan of soccer, but this guy is just like the title says, a true legend. Good luck, Beckham!
  6. Very nice texture. Would be nice if it were a pack :)
  7. This is really nice but I prefer the wheel with no rims :)
  8. I doubt SouthLAnd will get picked up by another network (it was picked up from CBN in 2009). Although I'm annoyed and upset it's not that bad. New shows come out all the time and I believe it won't be too long till we find a good alternative to SouthLAnd. There's a show similar to SouthLAnd called, 'Bostons Finest' or something and other shows such as, 'Blue Bloods' and an LAPD one (bit more of a drama) called, 'Lincoln Heights'. So if you search you find other good shows similar to your favourite.
  9. Hey, I'm having a few issues trying to get ELS to look nice with Vucko's ENB setting 3.5 Found here. Every time I put visual settings in from ELS my game goes extremely bright and when you look towards the sea it goes white; does anyone know why this happens? If anyone could tell me (that uses Vucko's ENB) what their ENB set-up is it would be very helpful. Thanks,
  10. I understand everything, but I'm still a little confused on how to add [ ENV_LIGHT_COLORS ] for another car slot; do I just type [ POLICE2 ] under and then put what colors I'd like?
  11. Two ways of fixing this, 1. Hold down 'ESC' and wiggle your mouse at the same time until in moves 2. Right click the gta-sa.exe and go into properties. then go into the Compatibility Tab. Now check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and click Windows XP (Service Pack 2) Both work for me. Sorry, didn't see the original release time of this topic.
  12. Looks nice, but perhaps adding a few more screens or even a video.
  13. I didn't mean the guards rape the inmates (although it has happened). I just meant that it does go on in prison.
  14. Terrorists get beaten and tortured in Afghanistan by American soldiers (can't blame them) If I had it my way I'd hand the person(s) that were responsible for this horrid crime to the victims, then what happens from there I don't have control over, or maybe a bit more correct would be just to vote as to what happens to the person(s) responsible and leave the guys fate in the victims / public hands. Come to think of it thought, isn't prison torture? Raped, held against your will, attacked, no choice, laboured....
  15. I agree, I find it disrespectful to the victim and it's most likely just got something to do with ratings. In terms of disaster, I believe it was most likely some lone moron who was perhaps trying to get a political view across, I don't think that religion or anything was the reason. I find it rather sickening how people can do this to one another. I heard nails and other sharp objects were used in the bomb so it was home-grown. Prayers go out to anyone effected, RIP to the 3 humans killed.
  16. I believe LCPD:FR 0.91 works (might be buggy) As for 0.95 RC2-RC I believe you can with much trial and error (it has been done but good luck if you wanna do it) Really LCPD:FR is only made for GTA IV 1.0.7.0 so if you want to best, stay on patch 7.
  17. Highlight EVERYTHING in the ENB folder, drag and drop into your GTA IV modded directory and then just click replace on anything that comes up.
  18. Doubt it'd be the brightness. Perhaps a silly thought but, are you installing them correctly, and including all files?
  19. Just a heads up, the mod above works well (there is much more traffic) but you get things such as bums driving around in an inferno and you get traffic jams down an ally. Apart from that it's a nice mod.
  20. As far as I'm aware, both LAPD and NYPD use the same siren? looks a little nicer and the lights brighter.
  21. Use this mod, http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=22038
  22. It hasn't been approved yet. It will be soon though :)
  23. Go to the 'els.ini' and put the values to '1' for blue.
  24. Try this and try looking around first, Hope it works. Don't hijack threads, pal. Make a new one and you might also want to include a little more details, both of you.
  25. I would advice GIMP or Photoshop really. Basically just make a background colour of what you want the front and back of the car to be, say black for example. Then make a new layer, use the 'Polygonal Lasso Tool' (or so it's called on Photoshop, not sure about Paint.net and GIMP) and go around the area you want white. Tim98 also has some templates in the download section which can be found here, And I believe there may be a guide in the 'TUTORIALS' section
