The mod looks really good except I'm not too keen on the dispatch voice, is there an option to just have text? Also, would it be possible to, like LCPDFR, have partners that would help extinguish the flames and perhaps even follow your firetruck in their own, or perhaps just be on scene when you arrive? Really good work so far though, and I love the fire house selection part :)

Rockstar will win. You can't really demand money for a character you believe to be based on yourself with no basis more reliable then your own. I too do not believe you should kill yourself as there is a lot of help you can get; I think calling her a coward for killing herself is a little harsh and insensitive though. Would you have called her a coward when she went to work as a trooper everyday? Chances are you would of said she's really brave. Poor girl, hope the family is holding up as well as they can. Yes, as far as I know, that GPU will work with your mobo however, your i3 will hold back the GPU's performance by quite a bit. The i3 may even struggle with an ENB. I believe i3's are just for your run of the mill everyday internet browsing, Facebooking, and watch YouTube.

My setup is almost identical to yours, and I can safely say I can play anything at full-settings and still remain playing smoothly (ESO, WatchDogs, ENBs, anything). This setup will handle GTA V and the masses of next gen games to come, comfortably. Considering you mentioned a $200 budget, you will not find an Intel equivalent to the FX-8350 for under $230(ish) let alone a mobo as well.
