If your problem still persists, then perhaps take a quick look below Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods. Once all that is posted, or as much as you can then we can really find out what's going on and get you back on duty. :)
  5. List all mods. Car mods, scripts, ped mods, everything. Make sure these are installed and up to date: Visual C++ Redistributable: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 Microsodt .NET Framework 4.5: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 DirectX End-User Runtime: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 If you haven't updated GFWL use this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 ScriptHook - Download and place in the GTA IV Root directory: http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83
  6. I don't know...Maybe? Go to the bottom of VisualSettings to misc.BloomIntensityClamp.HD 8.00 misc.BloomIntensityClamp.SD 8.00 misc.BloomIntensityClamp.SD.ps3 8.00 and mess with those. They really helped put a glow around my ELS LEDS. Edit: Good thing about it is you can always change it back :)
  7. Open visualSettings.dat and find this: #config values for vehicle settings car.headlight.angle -0.20 # car.headlight.color 1.00 1.00 0.80 car.headlight.color.red 1.00 car.headlight.color.green 1.00 car.headlight.color.blue 0.80 car.headlight.intensity 2.00 <--changes headlight shine. changed from 3 to 2. The higher the brighter i believe car.headlight.falloffMax 20.00 car.headlight.innerConeAngle 20.00 car.headlight.outerConeAngle 40.00 It helped me. Hopefully it helps you.
  8. You can open the console by hitting the ~ button at the top left of your keyboard. The key left of the 1. type: startcallout shootout startcallout drugdeal startcallout robbery startcallout mugging and so on. So it does some-what let you choose.
  9. Have you installed a Trainer Mod? to spawn vehicles and change peds and time and literally everything? A trainer is a mod, usually Simple Native Trainer, or better known as, SNT...the hotkeys cause issues with LCPDFR so you usually have to re-map them. Is your GTA IV updated to the latest patch? 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Look in your GTA IV root directory. (C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV) Is there a file called: dsound.dll OR xlive.dll Edit: That's as dumb as it pretty much gets.
  10. ....I know that...I'm saying in general. Even if they had the resources to do it that doesn't automatically give them time.
  11. Go to GTA IV Directory and open the ELS.ini configuration file. Go to bottom Change: Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on To: Ai_Els_Sp = off Ai_Els_Mp = off Enjoy.
  12. It took Rockstar what like 3-4 years for GTA V to come out? Think of how long It would take to make a brand new game from scratch.
  13. No problem! Glad I could help.
  14. It's good to get other people's opinions on things like which ENB is the best or whatever, but when it comes down to it, all that matters is what works with you and your computer. No one but you is playing on your machine, so when someone says a certain ENB is great they're basing it on there experience with it on there machine. That's why I say trial and error. Download a couple and try them out one at a time or a combination of them to see which works for you.
  15. There is nothing anyone can do at the moment. We are going to have to keep trying now and again until its fixed.
  16. Strange! Try doing a full uninstall of the mod, not the game, and try installing it again. If that doesn't work, you might require a full game uninstall and reinstall. Edit: Before reinstalling LCPDFR, start your game up to make sure everything is working correctly.
  17. That would only make the ELS brighter. Not the GTA IV world.
  18. Thats happened to me before. usually after you add or remove new peds models or textures. Did you do that? Try reverting your componentpeds back to original. Before modding you should always back-up original game files.
  19. Go to GTA IV Directory, Open the ELS Folder. Select the car that doesnt have the lights on it. Open the config file. Scrol to bottom and turn Etras 7, 8, 9 to off Like this: [ ENV_LIGHT_ACTIVE ] Extra_1 = on Extra_2 = on Extra_3 = on Extra_4 = on Extra_5 = on Extra_6 = on Extra_7 = off Extra_8 = off Extra_9 = off
  20. Gonna need more info then that. Have you tried Alt+P to activate LCPDFR? Thank you for asking the LCPDFR community for help. We do the best we can in solving all and any problems. Some helpful things to keep in mind while posting: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Make sure these are installed and up to date: Visual C++ Redistributable: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 Microsodt .NET Framework 4.5: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 DirectX End-User Runtime: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 If you haven't updated GFWL use this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 ScriptHook - Download and place in the GTA IV Root directory: http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. 21. http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/icenhancer-21mx-veriii-f23876 http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/simple-enb-for-natural-and-realistic-lighting-f20765 Couple. All depends on your computer man and what it can handle. Trial-and-Error. Edit: Google.com
  22. All Alienware is, is a Dell wrapped up in a pretty plastic box. Build your own. It will be way more worth it for your money.
  23. It'l work for any game you play on your computer, even Steam games. All you have to do is hit the '+' button on the Game Booster screen, then select Add Game, and search for the Executable in the game folder your game is installed to. So for example if you wanted to boost GTA IV, hit add game, go to rockstar games folder, open GTA IV folder and go to bottom and select it. Now any time you start GTA IV, itl boost it automatically, and when you exit, it will set your computer to normal again.
  24. The reuploading, and/or redistribution of any Rockstar file is illegal. Its pretty much stealing if you downloaded a file from someone that firstly belonged to Rockstar. Thats why on your GTA IV disc and any and every other disc out there says, "Do not make illegal copies of this disc"
