  1. Okay. Whats the 0's for? [ CORONAS ] Headlights = on, 0 Taillights = on, 0 IndicatorsF = on, 0 IndicatorsB = on, 0 Reverselights = on, 0
  2.     But when I'm driving and hit the break or turn the headlights on or reverse lights they work perfectly fine, just like a CVPI should. That's what i don't get.
  3. I have had a car with elsv7 that all the lights worked. Hmmm. Graphical mod like? an enb?
  4. The headlights, reverse lights, tail lights, and hazard lights dont light up like they're supposed to. http://youtu.be/WzTnnK52OwM
  5.     ELS is Emergency Lighting System, can only be used with ELS enabled cars. It not a texture nor is it for textures. It makes the lights on the emergency vehicles look more realistic. SparkIV is not for editing cars. It is for importing many different GTA IV files, examples: Different modded cars, weapons, sound effects, pedestrians outfits, ect. Edit: That is going to confuse him more, please stop. I've already clarified what ELS is and what SparkIV is. SparkIV is NOT ONLY just for editing cars. It has MUCH MORE to offer then that.
  6.     Of course it won't work well unless you have knowledge of the law.
  7.     That may be, but I'm saying if he didn't have money to hire a lawyer or enough for a public defender then he could represent himself. Edit: I got off work hours ago wanting to play lcpdfr, but im fuckin discussing court shit lol.
  8.     You also don't need a lawyer/Attorney to file a lawsuit, you can represent yourself.
  9.   &nbsp Agreed. Giving someone a funny look and ogling are pretty different. Looking at someone funny is a broad statement. That may mean someone is doing something weird, they said something odd, ect. You took that straight to sexual harassment without considering any other meaning of the statement, I obviously did too. But in the end agreed. Regardless, it would be a petty thing to sue over. Edit: Obviously they wouldnt fine them for "waisting time." Sarcasm...whoa.
  10. Go to GTA IV folder, open ELS.ini go allll the way down to bottom and change Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on to off so ittl look like: Ai_Els_Sp = off Ai_Els_Mp = off after installing elsv8 on my game it would crash after load game, i changed those and it works flawlessly. May help for you, I don't know.
  11. In the ini, is there a way to disable to SECL Lights? Car doesnt have them, when they're on, theirs a red/blue glow around the car.
  12. No. You're altering San Andreas without Rockstars approval so this doesn't matter, you'll probably get a fine for wasting the courts time if you try to sue them. Besides, good luck finding a lawyer to take that case. If it doesn't benefit them, they won't waste there time. You can't sue someone for looking at you funny. If that was the case then there would be no such thing as "poor" because of people sueing everyone because "He looked at me funny." There has to be an actual legal premise to sue someone.
  13. LCPDFR 1.0c hasn't crashed once during a pursuit for me, nor have I had any problems with the taser. Sounds like a personal problem to me.
  14. ; Figured it out. #config values for vehice settings car.headlight.angle -0.20 # car.headlight.color 1.00 1.00 0.80 car.headlight.color.red 1.00 car.headlight.color.green 1.00 car.headlight.color.blue 0.80 car.headlight.intensity 2.00 <--changes headlight shine. changed from 3 to 2. car.headlight.falloffMax 20.00 car.headlight.innerConeAngle 20.00 car.headlight.outerConeAngle 40.00 car.headlight.emissive.on 20.00 <---changes HEADLIGHT intensity, not headlight shine. car.headlight.emissive.off 0.05
  15. Opinions cannot be policed. Moving on. I looked through this caught my eye car.headlight.emissive.on 5.00 The value was at 20 so I changed it and no difference. I will look into headlight Here is the whole vehicle settings: #config values for vehice settings car.headlight.angle -0.20 # car.headlight.color 1.00 1.00 0.80 car.headlight.color.red 1.00 car.headlight.color.green 1.00 car.headlight.color.blue 0.80 car.headlight.intensity 3.00 car.headlight.falloffMax 20.00 car.headlight.innerConeAngle 20.00 car.headlight.outerConeAngle 50.00 car.headlight.emissive.on 5.00 car.headlight.emissive.off 0.0 Edit: Checked ELS settings, didn't see anything, will check the manual.
  16. Sure. Good to know you don't know the answer.
  17. I figure its in the visualsettings.dat but not sure what line. After installing els8 from v6 my headlights are like 10x more powerful then any other car on the road. Not to mention the brights.
  18. Are you putting them in the plugins folder in GTA IV -> LCPDFR? Not the script folder.
  19. GOOD NEWS! I got it working! Thanks to a help forum I finally came across for ELS v7 '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> All I ahd to do was turn off els for SP....DUH. NBD for me because im the only car that uses els.
  20. Do you use PoliceHelper? If so you can change that in the .ini file or in the policehelper settings in-game
  21. Go to C:Program FilesRockstar Games Right click on Grand Theft Auto IV and select Properties. At the bottome look next to Attributes: If the Read-Only box is Blue, click it till the box is blank. If the Read-Only box is checked, Uncheck it till the box is empty. Every folder/file in gta NEEDS to have Read-Only box UNCHECKED. Selecting folders will apply changes to all subfiles
  22. Only one way to find out. Edit: Sat in Star Junction for 10 minutes and nothin. So it disables ALL callouts. Good to know.
  23. Ya right?! I miss using v7. I really think its the .asi.
