    The statement above is not true. If you look at any vehicle with our agency with the new decals on them they ALL say State Trooper. On the old decals we had it said Highway Patrol on the back and on the side by the hood, front fender it said State Patrol. Now with the new decals it says State Trooper on the side by the hood, front fender. On the back on the new decals it says the same.

    All right I don't have the trainer i did on my last computer but yeah i dont think i have it on this one. Im not sure if i have the latest patch but i do know i have dsound.dll not sure about xlive.dll

    So every time I open GTA and i go out to my cop car the lights are froze like in ELS 6 and i can't turn the lights on or off. I first had ELS 7 then i went to 6 don't ask I cant even answer that question myself. Never could get 7 to work again so then I just quit playing for about a month. Then I just got on to LCPD:FR tonight noticed ELS 8 was out tried that didn't work so now I'm very upset, somebody please help me!!!

    Ladies and Gentlemen this is also the NDSHP (North Dakota State Highway Patrol) I could go on and on about them but yeah. I'm A resident in Williston aka the biggest oil boomtown in the US. I've lived here my whole live and I've seen it change when everybody moved here and this town cannot hold this many people that we have now. The NDSHP is THE GREATEST Law Enforcement Agency around here and I kid you not but get this the city police is Not trained here let me say that again not trained but must have a concealed weapons license, the city is very under budget but I'm sure that's because they spend $ on useless stuff. The city is now building a 23mil dollars worth for a new rec center when they built one 15-20 years ago that is still a very good facility, that was worth 10mil but back then money was worth more. They are also in the process of building a new middle school about 16mil when one was built 7 years ago and still looks like its brand new
