If you truly have no plugins/scripts, then I would say your processor isn't loading things into memory fast enough. Try using a game boosting software like Razer Game Booster. Im running: AMD Phenom II x4 965 Processor 6GB RAM AMD Radeon HD 5800 Series APEVA Liquid Cool Case/Gigabyte Motherboard. and if I dont boost my game, set to high priority I'll have lag issues. Granted I do record my games and currently have like 5 plugins, 2 cars, and snow mod (Newest video here: https://youtu.be/x0nwCKuWam4 literally just uploaded it) And EVEN THEN my quality isn't that great. Grand Theft Auto has always been a demanding game as far as performance.

It seems arrest manager is the culprit. Make sure it's out of your plugins folder. Try with zero plugins. If the plugin required you to add files to the gta v folder then remove those as well.

I sure hope you meant LSPDFR :P The only way to tell what's causing a crash is to look at the log. It will be located in the GTA V folder, Open RAGEPluginHook.txt - The bottom of the log is the most recent crash report. Post the log here for further assistance. The more the info, the more people will help and chances that it will get resolved.

When you installed your ford explorer, did you also change the carvariations.meta file at all? When i installed the LAPD ford explorer I had to add some lines to that file which correct the lights on it. Perhaps that file wasn't properly replaced when installing a new car. I would, instead of keep trying to install new cars, to verify your game cache(if on steam version) and start new. This will not remove LSPDFR or any plugins. This will put every original file back that you changed using OPEN IV or whatever program you used.

If you're experiencing lagging which with that processor i wouldn't be surprised if it was lagging a little bit, then open task manager while GTA V is running, find it in the Details tab, right click and select High Priority, this will help remedy lag/and or tearing issues.

I know where they all hang out. Just looking for a spot where NPC's pick them up the most frequent so I'm not sitting around all hours. I pause the Ingame time late at night. Love that episode btw.

I know NPC's can pick them up. I've only seen one instance where an AI drove to an alley and got his grind on. Haven't seen once since. Anyone know where NPC's pick up most? I want to do a prostitute sting series.

Some callouts havent updated in a while to go with new rage hook plugin updates which can cause issues. When LSPDFR crashes you need to check the Rage Hook crash file and see what exactly is causing a crash. It might even be your computer is too slow and it cant spawn items into memory fast enough due to too many scripts. Again, you can't just automatically blame the mod when other people have flawless gaming experiences with it. The lspdfr out now is able to do that. Granted not literally "Grabbing and moving" but when person is arrested you can press E to have them get up and follow you, once at a safe place, press E behind them again and it will put them back down on there knees.

Maybe you should remove some plugins or car models. I play with 7-8 plugins, 2 cop models, ambulance textures, enhanced lighting/caronas and can literally play for hours on end. Sometimes it's user-error that people fail to look into, because it's easy to blame a Mod.

Probably because shes the Monarch. Meaning she appoints the new Prime Minister, is in control of the British Armed Forces, ect. They care about there Queen like Americans hate there President. (I like him, but thats my opinion.)

If it crashes after ELSv8 is installed, go to the ELS ini and turn off SP and MP AI ELS, located at the bottom of the ini.
