Go to GTA IV Root. Open ELS FOLDER Open the config file for the car you want to turn SECL on. Go towards bottom and turn on Extras Extra_7 = on Extra_8 = on Extra_9 = on Those are the SECL (Secondary) lights, they might be turned off.

That isn't a virus. Run32dll is used by your computer to help processes. Do not delete it.

It looks like its a toolbar that got installed. Trying looking through internet options for Search Engines, or ToolBars, anything Bing related.

rundll32.exe is a process registered as a backdoor vulnerability which may be installed for malicious purposes by an attacker allowing access to your computer from remote locations.. So that's why your AV tripped..

Try using Dxtory. That's what I use. Doesn't really fuck with my FPS, don't glitch at all. I have to do low settings cause my computer is mid-low so I do what I can but for my specs my vids are pretty decent.

Hello. I've had that problem to, and have helped many others with this problem. It is ELSv8 that is causing the problem. Go to GTA IV Root, open ELS.ini Go to bottom and turn these OFF: Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on Once those are off and the file is saved, reload GTA IV, you should load perfectly fine in your game.

Turn your multiplier down to a reasonable number. Mine is set to 550. Max is 100, min is 25. I wait a max of 45 seconds before a new callout..

I always set my cars to fbi. Since they are hardly called. And leave the police, police2, polpatriot as GTA IV default so you're the only modded car. Saves memory if you have a mid-low end pc like me. Plus i record my games, still get 30-40FPS. Will do.

I have an Intel i3 530 @ 2.93, I run the game under low settings with a pretty good sized commandline, Razor Game booster and a memory optimizer, plus I record my games and still get 30FPS. you should be fine...Try lower graphic settings, GFX cards dont make the game playable.

Hey guys I had this problem before. I kept having to use ELSv6 cause 7 and 8 wouldnt work. It would "load story complete" then crash to the desktop. however the solution is SIMPLE. Go to your GTA IV root directory and open the ELS.ini Go to the bottom and look for these: Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on And turn them to Off So it will look like this: Ai_Els_Sp = off Ai_Els_Mp = off BOOM, problem solved. Hardcore mode, walked up to a window and he pulls an uzi on my chest and blasts, i stumble back so much that by the time I recover and host my pistol, hes already reloaded and started dumping another clip. I die. Sometimes in HC mode when I get hit I'll stumble then freeze in a standing position, unable to move at all. Unfortunate. I love the fire fights.

I never said my game hasn't crashed. I said during pursuits, and the tazer, for me, works perfectly fine. And yes, there is A LOT of people out there who have very few issues. It all depends on computer specs, how many scripts and other shit you're using. So sorry I'm not having any problems just 'cause your ignorant ass can't get it working. If you have a problem, research it. I've hardly asked for help and those instance when I have, I've managed to figure the problem out myself. This whole mod is a continuous work in progress. If you're going to continue to bitch about it "not working" then uninstall it and play regular GTA IV.

That dropped my FPS by like 15 frames. Im using the visualsettings from Games4Video's ENB. Seems to do the trick. Thank you for your input though.

I tried using Game4Video's timecyc but it made everything completely black. So now im just using his visualsettings and theyve improved a lot.

Yeah that just crashed my game. Had to take all that out. I'll mess around with it tomorrow. Thanks for taking your time. Edit: Tweaked the visualsettings from that enb. Looks a lot better. Thank you for that suggestion. I'll make this work :D

Might have to deal with just the bulbs then. As you could probably tell my gfx aren't the best lol. Know any ENB's that arent hard on the graphics?

It just doesn't make sence if the lights work fine driving but when I turn els on I need an enb.
