  1. Classic Shell When Windows starts, it forces it to load to the desktop, not the Live Tiles. Pretty handy. I use it on my laptop, non-touchscreen so the Tiles are a pain in the ass. With Classic Shell, I forget I'm even on Win8.
  2. Delete the msvcr100.dll KEEP the msvcr100d.dll See if that helps. It doesn't matter if that folder is there. LCPDFR comes with both ASI loaders so you don't have to search for the updated ones yourself. Edit: If you notice in the link he posted to his screenshot. Dsound.dll is already located in his GTA IV Directory.
  3. Take a screenshot of your GTA IV Folder and post it.
  4. Yeah I have a AMD HD 5450 and I play on low/mid settings with an out of control commandline and a few other things to make my game tolerable.
  5. Those links to the downloads I posted, make sure you have the x64 version of them, not the x86. If you have to, reinstall those.
  6. Try downloading C++ Redistributable Visual Studio 2012 for x64. You might have the x86 version. Also uninstall c++ visual studio 2012 X86 from "programs and features" Make sure msvcr100d.dll is in the root GTA IV directory.
  7. Is LCPDFR.Loader.net.dll located in C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVscripts? Edit:Post the LCPDFR log as well.
  8. If after you turn those on, you might get crashes when your game loads. If that's the case, just turn them back off.
  9. What Sergiyj said. Try reinstalling LCPDFR. If no luck. Try reinstalling GTA IV. Then start with LCPDFR. See if it works. Then try ELS.
  10. Go to your GTA IV directory and open ELS.ini configuration Go to the bottom Turn these off: Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on See if game has stopped crashing.
  11. Check out >How to manually install the taser in 1.0c
  12. No problem :) Glad you got it sorted out.
  13. Well regardless...However you fixed that mess, props lol. That sounds like a pain in the ass. But it had to be done it looks like. And if it works, even better.
  14. It doesn't install all of them. So say you installed 05, when you installed 2010, that 05 was installed over and doesn't exist anymore, same with when you installed 2012. It doesn't install on top of each other or this would cause a huge defrag issue as well as memory issue. And if you were to install 2012 again, a message would pop up saying you have that version or a newer version and that it isn't recommended to install your old version...If that makes sense. As long as he downloads and installs the latest dependencies for LCPDFR then he should be alright. Here is all of the updated things you need to run LCPDFR: Visual C++ Redistributable: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 DirectX End-User Runtime: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 If you haven't updated GFWL use this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 ScriptHook - Download and place in the GTA IV Root directory: http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83
  15. Windows 7 isn't the only OS that uses 64Bit, 32Bit processors. Every OS uses either 64 or 32. It just helps to know which one it is, regardless of Operating System.
  16. The tazer only uses T. There is no modifier key for the Tazer.
  17. Because he was driving the car. Thats what the ALPR does. It puts a red marker on a car that gets hit my the Auro-Plate Recognizer. Edit: No, no other mod generated it. Access the LCPD police computer, login, hit Enable ALPR and see for yourself.
  18. The tazer is already part of LCPDFR. It's activated by putting your weapon as your fist and hitting Alt+ T Then hit T, and scroll to your pistol, it should now be your Tazer.
  19. Didn't know LCPDFR had an appetite. ;)
  20. Go to your ELS.ini in your GTA IV Directory and at the bottom, turn AI_Sp and AI_Mp to off.
  21. Make sure you check out the LCPDFR.ini keybindings for the controller to make sure they are binded correctly. Edit: What's your pullover button? lol
  22. Going to need a lot more info then that. Computer specs for one, what are they? What mods do you have? This includes but not limited to: Ped mods, car mods, scripts, add-ons, trainers Do any of the logs produce errors? Please attach your LCPDFR Log, advancedhook log, and scripthook log. All located in the GTA IV directory, they are in text documents.
  23. Make sure its open, either on the task bar or in the tray. Xpadder needs to be open.
