  1. Yeah my specs are like maybe a step above yours and with 2 car mods, 2 scripts, enb tweaks, realtraffic, new road textures, I get 25-30FPS on mid-low settings, a memory optimizer, game booster, and I record my games and I host a dedicated San Andreas server 24/7. I still get 40-1 hour game play though before a crash :D
  2. Go to the ELS.ini In the GTA IV directory and go to the bottom of the ini file. Turn these off Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on Hope that helps.
  3. Yeah plus Speirs has some good vids. ;)
  4. Or just download the Manual and Documentation to LCPDFR v1.0c But that works to O.o
  5. Welcome to LCPDFR fellow officer :D Wish I could play MP or I'd patrol with ya.
  6. When you play LCPDFR on multiplayer, your mods don't 'talk' to eachother. So when you get a callout, it's only you, no one else. You can't do callouts in multiplayer with other people because they can't see yours and you can't see theres. People play multiplayer (Usually clans) to do regular patrol. Or they stage an incident. LCPDFR is mainly for single player use, mainly because the majority of the people who use the mod, use it on singleplayer GTA. If you wan't to play with your friends you all need to have the same car mods and same scripts or else you will get constant crashing. Hope that cleared some stuff up.
  7. Try turning these off in the ELS.ini in the GTA IV Folder. They are at the bottom of the ini. Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on
  8. The "traffic stop script" is part of LCPDFR, so that would be a LCPDFR related issue. Suspects flee all the time when I walk up to the cars, markers or not, but it's never crashed. Maybe thats something you should look into as a possible bug? Does it create any errors in any logs?
  9. No. ALPR is part of LCPDFR. Hitting E to bring up the police computer, logging in, then hitting Enable ALPR. Then the car auto-detects and places a red marker over the car and on the mini-map. It's not another script.
  10. Well someone is happy Germany won. Edit: You're from Germany. Got it ;)
  11. It's not like you're going to be 50 feet from the car. Notice in that video I didn't do a "normal traffic stop" I hit my ELS, then siren, the M. No shift key, or in my case with my xbox controller, X button wasn't pressed to initiate a traffic stop.
  12. That is awesome. Using it in my videos. ALSO! I was thinking maybe hitting the siren for a second so they yield and somewhat pull over, then pressing M to hold them there. Edit: Like this :D Watch in 720p HD
  13. Look at this video here You'll see the flashlight within the first like 5 minutes I think. It's the only one that looks realistic but I'm not sure if it's a trainer or a script.
  14. For fix the crashing. Go to C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV Open the ELS.ini Go to bottom and turn these off: Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on
  15. It's like lights threw up on a Dell...no seriously..
  16. Simple Native Trainer. I thought it had a flashlight. I may be mistaken. I've seen it in a couple videos. May be an additional mod. I also tried to find a flashlight mod. No luck so far.
  17. I thought SNT had a flashlight?
  18. Wouldn't he need permission from Bugs? unless they are open.
  19. Sorry but you can't hijack someone else's thread. What may not work for you, may work for him. After opening the diagnostic tool, you have to check the box, at the bootom that says Advanced mode. Then you'll be able to search for install.
  20. Ahhh I overlooked that. ;) I know you've updated your framework. But just to be absolutly sure EVERYTHING is updated, check these out: Make sure these are installed and up to date: Visual C++ Redistributable: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 Microsodt .NET Framework 4.5: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 DirectX End-User Runtime: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 If you haven't updated GFWL use this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 ScriptHook - Download and place in the GTA IV Root directory: http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83 Could be something simple like one of those being out of date. Be sure all ELSv7 is out, and you do a fresh install of ELS8, don't use any ELSv7 file or folder for elsv8. Do you use dsound.dll or do you have xlive.dll? If you don't know, look in the GTA IV directory for either of those. You should have at least one. If you have dsound, try using xlive and vice--versa.
  21. Okay for 1."I have to be nice" And 2. If you're going to post Logs of any sort, use the Attach Files button on the bottom of the the text box. Mods don't like it when you spam the forum boards. And finally 3. If you're using ELSv7 or ELSv8 you need go to the gta iv root directory, open the ELS.ini Go to the bottom and find this: Ai_Els_Sp = on Ai_Els_Mp = on Change those to off.
  22. Featuring BErad1502's Liberty Police Black/White Texture. Located >Here Enjoy. Maybe hit that like button?...Maybe hit that subscribe button? :D
