IMPORTANT NOTE Having the SixStarResponse script running during LSPDFR gameplay may result in odd AI behavior. Either temporarily remove it from your game folder, or use the disable hotkeys as shown in the popup when you load into the game (default is Control + F9).

Carmodders, importance of Lods.
Are you using a modified vehicle.meta entry provided with them, and are they somewhat older mods? Those two slots being the issue sounds like a problem with the meta entry: R* changed the vehiclelayouts used by them a few updates ago, and they tend to crash if not using the updated settings.

How to alter ped metadata?
Mostly. The issue with those files is that they're all hashes, even after decryption, and what's been figured out was trial and error, and not really publically released. The metatoolkit won't be updated anymore, too, unless someone else takes over it.

The way fleeing suspects driving AI is handled is, underwhelming. Scripts like Dangerous Individuals provide a much better suspect AI when it comes to fleeing, and hopefully LSPDFR can improve with the next update, whenever that ends up being.

Locational Backup plugins?
Well, LSPDFR itself comes with a backup file that includes Los Santos, Los Santos County, Blaine County, and North Yankton, and Custom Backup, as you mentioned, provides even more control over spawns, but you do have to put some effort into settings. RDE will be updated in the near future, and will include settings files for LSPDFR and several plugins, if you want to go that way.

s_m_y_prisguard_01 Well, first, that's not a valid model, unless you've installed an additional ped: it should be s_m_m_prisguard_01. WEAPON_KNIGHTSTCIK That's misspelled, and depending on your settings, the default weapon is probably overwriting it. In the INI file there are two entries: StandardIssue and DrawMethod. The first is the default weapon peds get automatically. The second can either be set to BEST, meaning the best weapon they have been given is equipped, or RANDOM meaning any weapon they have could be equipped.- Uninstall RDE
Hopefully you're using a mods folder. Only real way is to revert your update.rpf to vanilla, and then reinstall any other mods that may have been in that.- Audio Hash

RDE uses modified popgroups, popcycle, pedmodelsets, and scenario files to add LSSD vehicles to traffic in several areas around LS, and peds around the Davis station. The one thing so far that resists the change are the vehicles that are set to spawn on the map, and as Lundy said, a script is used to replace those vehicles (another script also controls wanted spawning of cops in general which allows LSSD to spawn then, too). Apparently, the creator of the Real LA Architecture mod seems to have been able to change what vehicles spawn, but for some reason his results haven't been reproduced.- Changing a ped's walk style?

ROR=Released on Own Recognizance. It's usually found in a courtroom bail-hearing, where the crime isn't serious and the person being out of jail isn't considered a risk, so the person is allowed freedom until a trial without having to put up financial collateral to entice their appearance. I'm not sure if you'd ever run into it in any other situation, especially not a patrol officer dealing with a felony.- [REL | WIP] LSPDFR Computer+

If you've added a completely new component to a ped, you'll have to edit the ped's ymt file so the game recognizes it. Problem, is, this is not a widely documented or understood file yet, and isn't and won't be supported by OpenIV's decryption for the foreseeable future. Considering that Annihilator was made maybe a month ago by @Yard1 and not publicly available, you're probably thinking of another model, probably some UH-60 version? The only reason real models were added is because suitable enough lore vehicles don't exist, but the Enforcer, Stockade, and Insurgent fill the "armored vehicle" slots well enough, so I don't think there will ever be plans for the Bear or Bearcat. Using the latest version of the Humvee is likely for obvious reasons, since it will be in for now. Personally, I'd like to see an actual 1st-Gen Patriot replace the Humvee, but I doubt the one released mod out there will be allowed to be added to RDE.- Question about add-on cars spawning in traffic
If you want to restrict a car to only have certain occupants, use the "drivers" section in the vehicles.meta entry. Otherwise, the game will pull from the peds in the popgroup of the area.- BetterEMS, add more EMS Units?
