If I remember correctly the author of that truck said he doesn't want anybody making police version because he was going to make one himself

Download hero cop plugin. When you go on duty it puts a flashlight in your inventory.

Turn on your sirens and lights and hit J to toggle the siren... I'm not quiet sure what more you are asking?

From the looks of the latest els video, I think it will only be available with els. From what I understand you can really edit the vanilla lights very much.

Thanks for the input! I was thinking the same thing. I deleted that file from my computer, and am currently working on an Alaska state trooper skin for this. It actually looks pretty good so far. So that when this vehicle gets released, people can download an AST skin. I'll post pics when its finished :) -

Come on man, give it a break. I've seen you ask for models on multiple threads. I do not think that this we be unlocked on release. If you want models so bad, find DEV models, or wait till someone releases one unlocked. Badgering the authors won't make them any more likely to give you a model.

Ah I see now. But it could be ELS then. Gta IV is very unstable with mods. Nothing can be done about that, it's rockstars fault. But make sure you look at where you post next time! Got me excited for a second thinking ELS came out for V:P

@c13 it is not released yet, its still a WIP. the interior needs to be finished along with minor bugs on the exterior.

Um be careful! EBay is sketchy, graphics are absolutely awesome, and never have a problem with unloaded textures on GTA V.GTA IV had texture problems though. But that was a bad port. I got my Asus at best buy. And I have not once regretted it. If you buy it new, it will be a dent in your wallet for sure. But worth it. Be careful on eBay though man! Best of luck to you! If I remember right there is no modeling done on the interior of this model, but once he starts modeling the inside I bet he'll put something like that in! :) this model will be a beast when its done
