sure! i7-4700 processor CPU @ 2.40GHz 8.00GB RAM 17 inch screen nvidia geforce GTX 765m hmmm.. i think thats it? im not really the type of guy to know whats under the hood of my computer, so i just looked under the pc info, and thats basically what it told me. i do know though that it can run GTA perfectly, and on top of that i can use an ENB. this is something like my lap top. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-jgoneKPaM

I have a republic of gamers ASUS laptop, about 3 years old. Running like brand new! I would easily suggest one of those :) but yes I am sure, out of many of the wonderful people in this community, someone would make a skin for you! I would, but I'm no modder! At least not yet

Might be with only custom ones. Each trainer might do it differently. Idk lol. But from what he explains it sounds like anytime the vehicle takes damage, it repairs. I had this issue and it was from the vehicle invincibility on enhanced native trainer

If you have a trainer, make sure that you don't have vehicle invincibility turned on. If that is turned on, every time you hit something the vehicle repairs, which then restarts the siren.

You can also use hero cop! Walk up to another police officer and press G to make them your partner, and you can also have a K-9 as a partner :) I think it might be a little more useful than just spawning a bodyguard

So I have an idea for any car modders out there. Not sure if its possible, but would be really cool. So most of the car mods coming out have a GPS for the normal cars and a computer for the police cars. Would it be possible to use those screens for the minimap? So it would act as a real GPS

Zoogenhiemer told me that the vehicle is going to be EVL/ELS, because he loves the light patterns that he is able to do with that mod. And the light setup that he has on it right now is fantastic, I'm in love with his model. It's actually the only one I use. But I'm sure there will be many other explorers out there that will be made with the vanilla lighting. Just give it time :)
