Okay, thank you. I don't really like GTA V ENBs and other visual mods, the game looks fine in my opinion. It'd be nice for screenshots though. I'll gonna mess around with the filters and saturation a bit, maybe I come close to the look of that ENB. x)

I'm not experienced, nor do I have a lot of knowledge, but remember to first get the understanding of how C# works. If you don't know anything and are not willing to learn, you'll have a hard time with the simplest things. After that, like Stray said, look through the threads here for tips and example code and also RagePluginHook Documentation (http://ragepluginhook.net/Documentation.aspx) which tells you what does what in-game and how to use it.
