  1. Completely remove 0.95 from your GTA folder and reinstall 0.91, making sure that you read this page: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php/forum-20/announcement-5-need-support-read-this-first/

Oh yeah that's it. You just have to wait a few seconds after you press post. I learned that the hard way I think lol. Edit: Congrats on 400 posts.

Ah, the glories of [not-so] smart phone usage. I use Opera Mobile on my HTC Incredible and haven't had that problem (yet). Maybe try switching from Safari? Unless Apple doesn't let you do that..

LOL that's one way to put it!
  5. Yeah that's a server side error. Don't input your username and password.
  6. Check GPM I know I saw a sheriff skin for noose somewhere.
  7. I have made over 800 posts on this site. I am willing to bet almost 100 of them are telling people like you to READ THE F*CKING STICKIES and that there is NO I repeat NO BETA SUPPORT.
  8. I got thinking about that last night actually, after bp103504 posted about it not working. Traffic flow loads cars into the memory and then the game spawns what's in the memory. So it wouldn't work. But, does he mean Traffic Control v1.0 Beta?
  9. Oops sorry had the right extension but I said titleupdate when I mean updatetitle :( My bad. Run updatetitle.exe.
  10. It should still work. Just run titleupdate.exe and it should be fine.
  11. You ran the wrong program. You need to run the titleupdate.exe file after extracting the 3 zipped files.
  12. Try running only LCPD:FR and see how it goes. All mods, games, etc have a chance of crashing so try LCPD:FR then adding them one at a time.
  13. I'm sorry but I had the sudden urge to +1 you for that.
  14. Trying to drive in Cinematic view can really be a b*tch sometimes, eh? You drive better than I do, though, in cinematic. Not my kind of music though but hey that's just me. Nice job with the video, +1 (to offset your -30 something rep lol)
  15. Patch your game to 1.0.7.0. Oh, and please read stickies.
  16. There is no "link". It's a set of INSTRUCTIONS. He assumes you already have SNT and know where to find traffic flow.
  17. Many people do not take requests and will delete request as they come. Sometimes looking through the forums will reveal if someone is taking requests for skins or not.
  18. This does perplex me. I wonder if the "installedversion.txt" file got changed to "0.91"? Would that alter the diag log output? Besides, though, isn't it impossible for a diag of someone's 0.91 version to report code unique to 0.95? Or, to get to the heart of the matter, for scripthookdotnet to report 0.95 code? Or am I missing something because I would hate to look like an idiot thinking that a CSharp script is only 0.95. EDIT: I made my own diag log of my version of LCPD:FR 0.95 and it still shows 0.91. Thus, his mod is indeed 0.95. Use 0.91 instead. my copy: http://pastebin.com/8LPYksDV Please, can this be closed to avoid further argumentation?
  19. Basically, you set simple native trainer to disable all cars (that the game itself spawns). Then, you use the traffic flow mod to spawn vehicles, which completely removes the taxi bug.
  20. 'CSharp.Engine.Core'! is a 0.95 ONLY code.
  21. Are you running the installer and the game as an administrator? (right click -> run as admin) Also, run through this. Remember, never link your account with the mod with 0.91. Always leave those fields blank.
