Everyone knows that a lot of people are excited about 0.95, that is a fact. However, we have been spending weeks, months even, finding and fixing bugs. Major releases like this will always take a lot of time, and there's nothing you or I or anyone can do about it. When it is done and the developers feel it is satisfactory, they will release it. I want the stable version to be produced as much as everyone else but I know that nothing can be done about how long it may take.

Are you f*cking kidding me, pal? You guys FORCED the developers to release Beta 1, and all of its bugs. Don't go COMPLAINING, because it was NEVER supposed to have been released to public in the first place! Do NOT rush the developers! -1.

You need to have the cars set to active = 1 in ELS.ini in order to use a car with ELS. If you literally ADDED cars to the game instead of replacing them, you can not select those vehicles with the LCPD:FR car selector. If you use ELS, the keys for lights are (by default) J and K, also L if you have version 6. You can not use SparkIV to ADD vehicles. View this tutorial: http://www.gtaforums...howtopic=420911 You can NOT use "<," to activate ELS lights. Added cars will NOT show up in game at all unless you follow that tutorial.

I admit, there are plenty of people I know that also believe that an Officer's actions are based on their mood. But there will always be people like Bailey to set the record straight :thumbsup:

If you spawn a partner you MUST wait for them to leave the vehicle before you spawn another one or they will freeze. And yes, press F6 after every partner.

For the patch, you just don't want the files to be still in a zip folder since they're compressed. Like I said, most of this may be a hardware bottleneck now.

If the patch installer didn't come up with any errors than it most likely did. However, your system really is not strong enough to run GTA and LCPDFR. You might be better off not running the mod until you get a chance to upgrade your computer. I probably will stop helping at this point because you really do not have enough Ram, I hate to say. The game may start to crash randomly and I bet you GPU isn't strong enough either. If doing everything on the support page doesn't work, it may be a hardware bottleneck now.

Did your game patch successfully? If it did, now try reinstalling LCPDFR. Try running through the list, whose link is in my sig. EDIT: 2gb of RAM most likely will not be enough to run the game. You will probably always keep running out of memory.

A friendly reminder for future posts, you have 4 minutes in which you should edit a post rather than double or triple post. Just noticed you did that a lot that's all. After extracting try what I said.

If you haven't already, extract the files to your desktop. Then try the windows application file. If that isn't it run the installer. Just run them until one works.

It's either titleupdare or updatetitle. One should be an exe file.

One of the updates should look like a computer with a gear or disc. Run that one. You should extract the files first from the zip archive. Copy them to your desktop, all the 3 files.
