Nah this is not a GTA IV PC. This is gonna be a workhorse for all the new games coming out that I wanna play. I completely lapsed on the SSD so I just ordered this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0AJ2M58983. I also help my cousin with some graphic arts editing stuff for his company, that is gonna be the main use of this beast. The reason I am getting 15TB of hard drives, is due to the fact that I currently have 7TB on my current computer completely full of stuff. Also the 4k monitor system is for multi-tasking between editing, and watching the edited videos and games. This is what happens when you win 10k on a scratch it. You spend it all on a computer. HAHAHAHAHA

Well with the system you are running, LCPDFR will just not be possible. Sorry. That computer is way too low spec.

Are you tying to play GTA IV or LCDFR? That setup will gun vanilla GTA on the lowest settings... maybe.... Definitely will not run LCPDFR. The mod takes huge amounts of processor power with the way that GTA is set up. You pretty much need to upgrade both if you wanna play the mod.

Your CPU ( Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6750@2.66Ghz) is worse than the one currently running my cellphone. No matter what you do to your video card, your CPU needs to be updated, just make sure you have a motherboard to process it. That video card isn't gonna cut it either. If you wanna stick with a Radeon card i would go for an R7 or above. What kind of computer are you running? Sounds like an old shitty laptop to me. . My current setup... I currently have a prebuilt computer from cyberton gaming. http://wichita.cybertronpc.com/ I upgraded the video card to a MSI Geforce 750ti OC edition. Works beautifully with an ENB. Getting about 40fps pretty regularly.

This is essentially my computer except mine has a FX-4300 and a Nvidia GTX 750ti OC Edition. I run the Game4Videos ENB and i get usually about 30-50fps depending.

If you just hit E it works the same. Alt+E to end callouts, hold down E to join pursuits. I never changed the ini file and thats what works for me.

So just change PatId_Lstg2 = 21 and PatId_Lstg3 = 21

So what you need to do is navigate to your main GTA folder, then click the ELS folder. Then click on defaul_config. Whenever I call for a transport unit the first one always doesn't show up. Then when I call again, nothing happens. No crash, no nothing. The suspect just stands there waiting and nothing happens. Here is the error:
