Hmmm, probably the same story as everyone. Pulled over a car for running a red light in hove beach. Got out of the car, he flees. Pursuit ensues, lasts approx 5 mins because the AI rams him free every time I corner him. Finally his car gets so damaged he gets out. I tase him, he then whips out a pistol and opens fine. I kill him, then the guy 3 cars down gets out and shoots me. I kill him, then so on and so forth until I call in noose who roll up and start shooting so much that a car catches on fire and then a chain reaction starts blowing up every vehicle that has been abandoned by the idiots that live in Hove Beach. LCFD arrives, then gets out of their fire truck and walks away. Fire truck blows, up. I just turn off my lights and drive away. I recently did a complete overhaul of all of my police vehicles, and switched them out for a fleet where every vehicle sports a FedSig Valor lightbar. I created a set of matching skins due to the fact that of course none of them matched. I also created a skin for the Speedo that I use instead of the METT skin that came with it. Considering the numbers, http://nypost.com/2014/12/31/the-numbers-add-up-to-one-fact-cops-are-a-blessing-to-nyc/ , I'd say NYC is a great place to live and the police need to be supported by the mayor or he needs to gtfo.

http://www.cybertronpc.com/customkititems.asp?kc=GM4213A&Group=PLAY&Cat=GAMERS this is what i have with a geforce gtx 750 ti oc video card, runs gta flawlessly with a lot of mods and cars and a pretty wicked enb setup. should be able to grab one for about $600usd. well worth it. Also i can usually run GTA at about 40-50 FPS with my current setup.

If you could take a screenshot of what this looks like and post it that would be nice. Try changing the font size setting on your computer as a whole, that should help

There is a setting in the LCPDFR cofig file, AmbientScenariosMaximum=0, mine is 0 but i still get pursuits, ive just learned to deal with it, you could try that. As for multiplayer, im unsure.

I would suggest unistalling LCPDFR and doing a manual install into the regular GTA folder, see if that makes any difference, every game is different

I would suggest going through and looking at the permissions in your folders, and unchecking read only on anything related to LCPDFR. I had this same issue for a long time, and since doing so, the issue had ceased to exist.

What program are you using to change these cars? I know in openiv i dont have to rename anything, just right click and replace the file with the file i want no matter what its named.

Definitely putting these in my game. Been needing some more realistic road textures for a while now.

Please post your lcpdfr log. If i am correct in my assumption of what your issue may be, try going into your lcpdfr folder and make sure that your audio folder is not ticked as read only. If it is, then whenever you try to call something in the dispatch it will show up with the error message and your character will sound like he is on a skipping cd. Also I would recommend getting rid of any mods that you do not use explicitly with lcpdfr. Civilian cars and the business mod are most likely putting undo stress on your game. When trying to play lcpdfr, use as few mods as possible. and last of all, if you have a glitched police car, GET RID OF IT IMMEDIATELY. Those can be in game disasters.

As of about 2 weeks ago the stat system is back up and running again. You may need to try a new api key. Also it only updates once an hour, so don't expect your stats to show up right after you exit your session.
