I just completed a fresh install of GTA IV, and upon restarting once I put my mods back in, I just get a black screen on startup and it crashes. It doesnt even get to the initial rockstar notice in the beginning. The only this that I have changed is I removed my enb. Diagnostic log:

Please post a screenshot out your GTA directory. Also did you use the LCPDFR 1.1 manual or auto install?

Yea, I don't know that I've ever seen one in real life, but I do like the idea of using them for county, most likely somewhere in the Midwest.
