Here are the in game screenshots of the CVPI skin.

I am back creaking skins again! My current project will be using the LSPD (Redmond) pack by @Black Jesus The LSPD pack will be released first followed by the BCSO pack.

The two final skins are complete.

Houston is done Houston4k.zip

It's a bit fuzzy as whoever initially created it, did it in 2K. I will be redoing it from the ground up when I get the chance.

What mods do you have installed? I have had this issue with several of the sound mods I have tried. It tends to be a mod issue rather than a ragehook issue.

The reason this is happening is that you have both red and blue lights lighting up ate the same time. You need to find a pattern that has only reds, and only blues. Also it may be the model that you are using. Make sure whatever it is, model or pattern, only one color is lit up at a time.

Hmm, that is odd. Mine does the same thing, but then reloads itself and pulls up the game window, have you just let it sit for a bit?
