Leaving the Scene
Oh my god, don't even get me started on the drama in the GTA modding community. I swear, I have never seen people get so riled up over petty shit. Even in the GTA police modding community. I still don't completely get the drama between GPM and LCPDFR, and also all the DDOS stuff that goes on.

WATCH REAL LIFE LA PURSUITS
Question for you all...why does it always seem that more than half of all these massive car chases in America happen in Southern California? It swear, every time I see a car chase on the news, it's in California. Does the year-round nice weather make everyone nuts? Or the lack of water?

Is it just me?
Yeah, I don't understand people's hate of V's handling or their preference to IV's handling either. I absolutely HATED the handling in IV. Cars had almost no weight to them. It felt like I was driving an RC car made of paper. Handling mods certainly helped, but only marginally. I don't know what cars everyone else has been driving, but IV's handling was far from realistic. Although GTA V's handling is not 100% realistic either, it certainly feels like you're driving an actual car on an actual road and not up in the clouds somewhere. The handling is a lot more responsive and most importantly, there is actual weight to the cars. Needless to say, I am very happy about the handling in GTA V. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with the car handling in V. Could not have asked for more.

Check out this dumb 9 year old.
Where do you people find these things? My god.

Shit, yeah, that'll do it. I'd go nuts working retail as well.

#Dontstayinschool
Oh my god, that was so edgy, I almost cut myself. What the hell is this crap? I'm the opposite. I much prefer to work than schooling. Whenever I get off my shift at the hospital, all the time afterwards is mine. I don't have to worry about any assignments or studying for the next exam.

Just thought i'd share
Do you have a link to the original? I've been trying to find it, but I can't even find information about it, let alone the actual source.

My SAT score came in!
Jesus, I remember the SATs. So glad I'm done with that shit, but then you have the GREs to worry about if you want to go to grad school, so it never ends!

What unit would you want to be?(real life)
Same thing in nursing, unfortunately. Just saved someone's life during a code? Wonderful, now you've got a shitload of charting to look forward to! Paperwork tends to ruin the romanticism of most careers, it seems.

Germanwings Flight 4U9525 Crash in France
I don't deny that...I actually agree with you that if you're not mentally fit to fly a metal tube that ferries people at 500MPH at 35,000ft, you shouldn't be doing it. Unfortunately, the current regulations don't really solve that issue either. It creates an environment where pilots are afraid to seek treatment, so you have untreated and potentially unstable pilots sitting in the cockpit, which is arguably a lot worse than having someone that is being treated with antidepressants.

Germanwings Flight 4U9525 Crash in France
They already are. Any commercial pilot with the slightest hint of psychological issues is enough for the FAA/ICAO to deem you mentally unfit and essentially revoke your license, preventing you from flying ever again. Even simply seeking therapy for depression or anxiety is enough for them to put a hold on your license pending investigation. Now, that all sounds fine and dandy, right? Well, not really. Give me one person that is willing to sacrifice their livelihood and a career that they've worked to hard for just to speak to a therapist. Exactly, no one...would you? Many pilots just "deal with it" because the consequences of even being suspected of having depression is even worse than just trying to manage it on their own. So now you have depressed pilots roaming around afraid to seek treatment (besides alcohol) because of the restrictive regulations imposed by the FAA and ICAO.

Should we rebuild the Empire State Building?
What the hell? That has nothing to do with it. You're completely missing my point. What I am trying to say is that the NY skyline lost some of its uniqueness with 9/11. A redesign of the Empire State Building will remove yet another building that makes the NY skyline special, making it become more "generic."

Should we rebuild the Empire State Building?
No, losing the Twin Towers already killed the iconic NY skyline. There's no need to remove yet another landmark and kill it even more.

Flight Simmers: Is FS2Crew Worth It?
Utility wise, pretty much nothing. The only payware stuff I have are several airliners that I've picked up over the years including the PMDG MD-11, the Captain Sim 757, and my beloved NGX. I have always wanted to get EZDok but, I just have a really hard time justifying it at $35. I could buy a good quality payware model or hell, even a new-ish game on Steam for that price. As awesome as it sounds (and it's something that I've wanted for a long time) it is at the end of the day, a 6 year old piece of software that gives you new camera views and effects for a game that is itself 9 years old. But, what now has me interested is you saying that it can make up for my lack of TrackIR. From what I know, you can customize presets around the cockpit and toggle them with a keystroke, which is already a feature in the default FSX, right? The only difference is that you can easily customize them without mucking around the aircraft.cfg.

Flight Simmers: Is FS2Crew Worth It?
Alright, thanks guys. I'll save it for something else then. It's scary how expensive payware addons are for FSX. Like $35 for a camera mod, essentially. Absolutely insane.

Flight Simmers: Is FS2Crew Worth It?
So, FS2Crew is on sale for 25% off right now. To those of you who have experience with it, is it worth the $25? Watching some videos of it, it seems to reduce workload significantly (seeing as how commercial airliners are designed to be flown with two pilots, not one) and the ability to call out commands without having to pan the camera sounds like a godsend, especially during take off and landing when you're hand flying the plane. Any thoughts?

How to deal with a "creepy" coach at school?
Alright, I'm gonna go against what most has said here so far. Sorry if I sound aggressive, but this stuff pisses me off to no end. It doesn't sound like you have any definitive proof whatsoever, other than the fact that someone told you that you were only on the team because you "have a nice ass" and the creepy vibes that he supposedly gives off. Now, if he had told you personally that you "have a nice ass," then yeah, obviously report him. However, as it stands, you're just making baseless accusations....accusations that can effectively ruin someone's life, even if he is innocent. I just hope that you are aware at how serious calling someone a pedophile is, especially a school employee. This isn't stuff that you just carelessly throw around. Now, let me pose a question for you. Lets say you see someone at a major U.S. airport that gave you a suspicious vibe, even though he has done nothing but make a few phone calls. Would you go yell, "THAT GUY'S A TERRORIST AND HAS A BOMB?" Sounds pretty ridiculous, yeah? Well, that is exactly what you are doing here. Until you have legitimate proof that your coach is a pedophile, don't go around saying crap like this. It is very dangerous and can be very damaging. So what can you do in the meantime? Trust your instincts and be weary of him, but as far as reporting him, try to find some actual evidence first before ruining his life.

[WIP] "MyNYPD UHD" - An Ultra High Definition Texture Megapack
Ok, quick little update here guys. Unfortunately, no screens to show off. Just wanted to let people know that I did not forget about this project. I've been busy with school and trucking through these last few months before graduation. On top of that, I recently got a new computer...so that means downloading and reinstalling a crap load of mods, so I apologize for the awfully slow progress. "I swear on me mum," this won't become vaporware. Trust me, I know what it feels like when a mod you're interested in never gets done and I can assure you that this won't happen.

Do You Actually Read The Terms of Service?
Nope, never. And I've never heard of anyone that does either. If I buy a piece of software, I already know what I'm getting into. I am either familiar with the company/developer, or if there is some crazy thing in the ToS, then you know damn well that the Internet would have a big hissy fit over it. Besides, I already paid for it. Not accepting the ToS would be idiotic at this point.
