Just released...now awaiting approval. This is my first high-res skin. I was quite impressed with how it turned out. Based on the City of Napa Police Department. -
Vehicle Modifications Showroom Thread Introducing my first high resolution (4096 x 4096) skin, making it look very sharp in-game. I have to say, I'm very happy with the results. My goal is to have all my future skins be available in 4k. This skin is based on the livery used by the City of Napa Police Department. This download includes textures for Cj24's DSF Ford Crown Victoria, Lt. Caine's 2006 Chevy Impala, Kinksta100's Ford Police Interceptor Utility, and ScrimpyData's 2014 Dodge Charge. Multiple unit numbers are available. Please note: High-res textures can only be installed using Open IV. In addition, using high-res textures on more than one car at a time can cause texture loss. As such, standard resolution textures (2048 x 2048) have been included. Holding the right click is what gives me that particular HUD while getting rid of the "video player" HUD.

Current WIP...loosely based on the City of Napa police department. The decals are all scratch made vectors, allowing me to create my first truly "HD" skin with a resolution of 4096 x 4096 as opposed to 2048 x 2048. Huh, after almost 4 years of playing GTA IV, I didn't even know there was a video editor. Is there a way to get rid of the key tooltip thing?

Pretty much as the topic states...is there a script out there that allows you to pause whatever is happening in the game so you can take screenshots from various angles? Basically, something that would allow me to do this, but well, in GTA IV. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBxz45SDHBI

Winter's practically here, which means snow and snow plows for those of us living in parts of the world with less fortunate weather patterns. This skin is based on those found on the New York State Department of Transportation's vehicles. All logos and decals are scratch made. This download includes textures for wolfrunner86's Dodge Ram 3500 Snow Plow and features unique plates and fleet numbers. It sounds like you're running out of video memory. Do you have any car mods installed? If so, that could be a problem. And also lower your graphics settings. It also seems like your laptop can barely handle GTA IV, so that might be the biggest culprit.

I'll believe it when I see it. As much as I love the GTA series, Rockstar has a very spotty history when it comes to PC ports. Although I am very excited that GTA V is finally coming on PC, I am still very cautiously optimistic. I have been burned out way too many times for following the hype train, only to be sorely disappointed.

This skin is very loosely based on the livery used by the Jeanette Police Department in the 1990s. This download includes textures for kinksta's 1991 Chevrolet Caprice and ChrisD's 1994 Chevrolet Caprice, as well as any other cars that share the same templates. Multiple unit numbers are available only for kinksta's Caprice. Don't even have to go back that far. Just a couple of decades ago, sundown towns were a thing. They still are, apparently. This is absolutely shameful. What's next? We're going to have separate bathrooms for homosexuals? Are we going to make them sit at the back of the bus?
