OH MY GOD YOU'RE USING AN ENB INESERI HAS AN ENB HALF LIFE 3 CONFIRMED GTA V PC CONFIRMED -
It's called "texture loss". It occurs when you don't have a good enough computer to run IV or have a too powerful ENB. It can be fixed by upgrading your computer, or uninstalling an ENB (If you have one installed).

Just some tips: I would do commentary, it's more entertaining when you have someone talking about what's going on rather than me having to figure out. Second, Use an ENB. It makes the game look better and makes the video more enjoyable. Also, download a traffic script, it makes all of the taxis go away and have normal cars, I use one that's not available for download anymore and I found this one. Other than that, the video was fine.

Adding to my idea, to make it safer, admins could have to approve what you do to keep it safe and appropriate.

How about if you have a certain amount of posts / rep points, you could unlock profile customizations? So like 400 posts: You get music, 800 posts: you get the custom background, and 1000 posts and up: You get the full HTML editor?

They're finding a safe place to pullover. Because in .95 many people were complaining about the way they just pulled over immediately and would run into people/cars/light-poles etc.

I'm sorry to say, but the Tahoe does not look good, not the lighting setup and skin, just the model by itself looks like it needs some work. It looks a bit weird in the rear (What I can see of it). But It may just be the view the camera is in.
