A Liberty City tourist was at the new Liberty Track today and saw The History Channel show "Top Gear" filming on the track. Pictured is host Tanner Foust driving a Ferrari 458 Italia Spyder. The History Channel was glad to give us what the camera saw at that second, it is pictured below: -

I know people love it when the bad guy dies, but it's not good to be happy that someone's dead. Even if they shot kids or blew up towers. They are still human beings. Human beings don't deserve to be dead, I'd rather be alive in prison for the rest of my life than dead and people praising that I'm dead. That's the way I see it.No, before I got my desktop, I had to play on an Acer of some sort (was a laptop), and with no mods, no ENBs, and on medium/low settings I still got texture loss. GTA IV isn't made for laptops (although some can run it), it was made mostly for desktops. If it's the only source you have to play IV, then go ahead. But if you have a desktop, play it on the desktop.This is really good for a first skin! Though I would try to make it less simple, so maybe put a badge, make it a black and white (or green and white since it's sheriff), and maybe put the "dial 911" farther back so it's on the gas cap.My sarcastic answer: because it's Grand Theft Auto IV. My legitimate answer: Try uninstalling any mods that you have installed recently. Oh I can play MP with those graphics. But yes, the scene is set up by yours truly. I used the trainer to spawn the peds and I set the animation to stand still. I then setup all of the cars.
