  1. Hahaha! He sure got drunk :P The reason why they have all of those random lightbars is because that's a part of their car testing I guess. They wanted to see which lighbar was the better one and what cars to use. If I remember correctly, I believe they're "doing a CHP", which means that their new vehicle of choice is the FEPI with a SLR.
  2. As ineseri said, we have the same problem in Sweden. However, it's not that bad (in Stockholm atleast). Now, I can only speak for Stockholmers since that's where I live, but the economy is going up in Sweden. In the area where I live, we have a bigger problem with the police at the moment. Took them 1 hour to respond to a burgluary in progress (comfirmed by the people who lived there, they're my neighbours). Even though the local police station is 5 minutes (with car) away from their house, and we also have a bigger station 7 minutes away (with car) so don't know what was going on there We also had a horrible story involving a Västergötland county (gothenburg is located in that county) police dispatcher not believing in a man who said that there was a burglar who had entered their house taking things and tried to break in to the bathroom (where he was calling from). It took him 27 minutes I believe before the dispatcher even dispatched a police patrol, and at that time the burglar had already escaped and set the house on fire. It ended with his mother dying and the whole house burning down. The suspect was arrested later that evening but it's quite a scary story. Here's a really intresting news reportage about Detroit's EMS services taking too long responding. It's a great short documentary.
  3. Well, sounds kind of creepy for me too. Anyways, who gives a kid at kindergarten a lightner? People are really stupid these days. Sucks that people just can't stop doing stupid things, what if they had a bility to see the future and see what would happen if they did certain things? I know it's never going to happen but it would really help people understand that they should think before they do things. A good thing we have in Sweden is the fire departments fire preventation talks with students and kids at kindergarten. Then most of the fire stations have a service day when they're open to the public and people can talk with firefighters, try out their bunker coats, sit in the fire truck etc... I think that it's a good way of preventing fire's, same with the police, but their stations aren't open. However it's always going to be stupid people around...
  4. No problems, but what exactly are you looking for? I can try to help you :)
  5. Wow! The new LVMPD liveries looks awsome, really looking forward to seeing their new fleet. Really hoping someone will make a good LVMPD FEPI with the SLR (Sexy beast warning ). Same for me, don't like the Valor, SLR is LVMPD's thing you know :P
  6. Hey! As CouthInk4 stated. Most mods are free and there's no point in buying a good mod. There's a lot of them for free, such as LCPD:FR for example. If you'd like to, feel free to donate to any modder you like, just want you to know that's a lot of free stuff out here. Here are some links to some great packs I love to use;

I don't really think that's something to worry about. Most mods will make you crash eventually. LCPDFR 1.0, eventhough there's a hotfix for it, it's quite unstable. I know that they're working on it, so what I'd suggest is for you to get the mods you want toghter with LCPDFR 1.0. Your game is still going to crash so it doesn't really matter. ELS v7 is quite a stable mod that you could use. But a tip I have for you is to use non-ELS enabled vehicles. I use ELS enabled vehicles with ELS v7 but that's because I have to, and because I love it. It's totally up to you, something I don't like however is the Bravehearts policing script, which can crash quite a lot.
  8. Haha! Yeah I know, that's why I added the "Edit - " thing. I thought you meant the Granger overall. My bad :P
  9. Well, you should know ineseri that our police are already using those battenburg pattern ;) It's still another great way of making the car more visible during a traffic stop. However, it shouldn't be necessary because it's almost impossible to miss those bright LEDs.
  10. Thank you! I worked really hard on this skin/texture :)
  11. http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/gta-v-sheriff-granger-non-els-f25579 You can thank me later :P Edit: LOL, thought you were looking for the Sheriff Granger
  12. Wow, I really like it! 5/5 :) Great job
  13. Hahaha what a great story! Really enjoyed it. About the picking on you part, I'm guessing karma at the end of the story....
  14. I think they look good. Only problem is that they do not have the orange-ish "hazard" towers (rotating halogen lights) at the top of the back part like the real LAFD. For the LACoFD, they use more the "FDNY looking" towers in the back. So it's :Red:Orange:Red. LACoFD Engine: Look at the lights at the top, back of the truck. LAFD engine Same thing, look at the towers at the top back of thetruck. If you look closely (besides the flood lights). GTA V version
  15. Haha! I'm really enjoying these "pantsing" stories Keep 'em comming
  16. Hahahaha! That really does sound like a my school Eventhough it's a English school in Sweden, (and we have quite strict rules) my school always seem to have the most troubled kids
  17. Olala! Do you happen to have the download link for that beast?
  18. Well, welcome to Sweden... Our justice system doesn't really believe in putting kids in Juvinile Justice Center. At most, they'd get expelled from the school for a while. However, in Sweden it only counts as a "attemped" arson if I rembember right (for what they did). The police did "arrest" them, or take them "down town", but that was only for questioning and talking to the parents. The police station is right across the street from my school (literally). So it didn't take too long for them to respond. Same with the FD, however, they're like 4 minutes away. Anyways, thanks for your comments, and I really love comparing US to Sweden. Especially when it comes to laws Keep the comments comming
  19. Hey everybody! I'd like to share this event (which happened yesterday) to all of you on LCPDFR, because this is quite a rare thing. And not only rare, but completely random in my neighbourhood, and schools in Sweden overall. So, two students were stupid enough to put a tire on fire inside a emergency exit. Nothing got damaged and no one was injured. However, it created a lot of black smoke, which is usually does when you burn rubber. Part of my schools official statement : "Two students started a fire. While the fire department and the police responded no evacuation was necessary as it was extinguished by personnel. All emergency protocols were followed through immediately." So, what happened to the students? Well, since they're minors, they won't get sent to prison, spend time in jail or whatever. What I believe will happen is that they'll be charged for "attempted arson" (Försök till mordbrand in Swedish) for putting something on fire at a emergency exit, and their parents are going to pay a lot of money because of this. I'd just like to share this little story because I was shocked. I saw fire fighters with their breathing apparatus on when our lesson ended. If you have any questions please post them in the comment section, and thanks for reading this :)
  20. Wow! Can't wait to see that sexy beast of yours :) Keep us updated
  21. Wow! This video is awsome! I really think that it reflects of how a normal day in LC looks like for the LCPD. Really love it.
  22. Couldn't agree more, however, I feel like we should give this tv-series a shot. Looks like it's going to be a good series.
  23. If you actually download that Impala, it comes with some really nice textures. Otherwise, go check out his other Impala's, all of them have different textures. Edit - Links to other of his nice Impala's. These textures will all fit the car you like.
  24. It's probably going to be expensive to get the whole ALPR kit for all of the departments vehicles... I think that they're going to limit the system (ALPR) to a certain amount of cars, unless they can afford it.
  25. wow, that's a really intresting story, thanks for sharing! As for Newburgh, I've never heard of it. Sounds really scary, and of course, I had to google it. Guess what came up on pictures as one of the first pictures? Hope that they manage to clean up that town/little gangster city.
