Otherwise I'd give the Emergency game series a shot. I love it. However my EM4(911 first responders) crashed to the desktop and now I can't play it. If I were you I'd stick to EM3 or EM4 since Emergency 20212, 2013 and 2014 is quite boring in my opinion, and there's no mods available. Good luck finding the game you love

In my opinion no, or i'm not sure. I have Windows 8 because I bought a new computer, and why should I say no to Windows 8 when I got it for free? But from my friends who know a thing or two about computers, they said that it's not worth it. Don't ask me why though. Works fine for me.

I think that it's a interesting idea, however... You're really going to need the PD if you're going to roleplay. The reasons why most of the FD's in the roleplay clans are quite small is because there's often no need for a bigger FD. Since most of the stuff going on is police related and not FD related. I'm not trying to stop you, just a thought from my side. I'd say no, go to a RP clan which has a nice FD, which you'd like to apply. Anyways, good luck! I also have a huge FD intrest, however I just joined a RP clan and played a police officer until now. When I'm the new chief of the FD. Believe me, it's worth having all those PD's around you :)

You could get that helicopter in your GTA IV quite easy. All you have to do is to find a NYPD Bell 412, or something similar. I'd suggest perhaps a civilian version of the Huey otherwise? This is how the real NYPD Bell 412 looks like. Edit - Take a look at this - http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/bell-412-ep-liveries-f14356 - Might be what you're looking for.

Well, they can be put in GTA IV, however it goes faster to make them from scratch. If I knew how to create vehicles and not just textures, I'd be releasing so much fire trucks :P But that might take a long time....

Hm, I also think that Nutt's MSP CVPI is the best one out there yet. However, the only reason why I haven't downloaded it is because I hate x-mas tree's. I just can't stand them. Hopefully, someone makes a MSP CVPI with the halogen bubble and just some extra lights. Not a freakin' x-mas tree. Don't really know if MSP uses x-mas tree's these days but I just hate those cars.

I also like the MSP cars, or atleast the CVPI's. I love the red bubble light, but... How is it more aerodynamicly better than E.G. a Whelen Liberty?

The longest I've ever played with LCPD:FR 1.0 activated is 5 minutes. Edit - That is probably just because I play with a RP clan....

Honestly, I don't know what to think. I focus more on how weird and horrible it feels to watch a real man die just like that. But, as a police officer (If I were one) I'd been using my gun in this scenario too(pull it out of my holster). This is what I read from a real police officer at the very same forum. And I have to say that I agree with his point. "I try to share the benefit of my experience working in a large urban department. Based on how we are trained ( I was a taser instructor), the taser should NOT be used in this scenario once the officer entered the residence. If he had dropped the knife and refused further commands, then maybe, IF he has a cover officer. You gonna tase him and then keep him on the juice while you wait for backup? Then we would have to listen to folks accuse him of torture." - Police officer at the forum. I think it's hard in these types of situations. You have to kind of live in to the officers situation with a man actually walking towards him (keep in mind that the guy with the knife is actually really close, not more than 3 meters or 9.8 ft).
