Just install the siren with SparkIV. That's what I do. Sirens with SparkIV, and the rest with OpenIV.

No problems, glad to help Only question though is, why would you want a NYPD texture/skin for a RCMP car? There's plenty of NYPD texture's/skins out there. Just make sure it's the same template and apply the texture. As long as you only use it for personal use it's alright I believe?

I think we should wait for a official police report and a more in depth story of what happened before we judge what the officers did.

I don't hate the Charger, I just don't like them. IMO the CVPI is the best law law enforcement vehicle ever I don't hate any emergency vehicles, the only exception would be all christmas tree's out there. I just personally don't like the Charger, 2010 model was okay (IMO) but the 2013 just looks too sporty for me. Again, these are just my opinions

Never liked the Charger. The design is going to be pretty similar I guess as to the 2012-2013 model.
