NOOSE Liveries for Ekalb's Whelen Liberty Vapid Police Cruiser (NOW WITH 100% MORE ACTUAL FILES!)

Description below:

Part of the U.S. National Office of Security Enforcement modernization program, new look has been given to Vapid Police Cruisers owned by the NOOSE. However, changes are not only cosmetics - a new agency called U.S. Urban Protection and Traffic Control has been created to deal with rising terrorist threat, providing a federal law enforcement in urban areas.

Those are three skins for or (they will also work on Lt.Caine's Police Cruiser, but FS Vector doesn't look good with them), based on (). Skins follow the real life US DHS style, yet they fit the GTA IV universe.

First skin is CBP style livery for U.S. (No more L.C.!) Immigration and Patriotism Authority and two ones are for Traffic and Field Ops branches of U.S. Urban Protection and Traffic Control (completely fictional).

Installation:

Just replace desired skin(s) of your Police Cruiser in SparkIV or OpenIV. I recommend you to also check out DLer skins (add his skin to mine!).

Enhanced Better Cops & State Troopers

Description below:

A new shipment of uniforms has arrived to all LCPD stations around Liberty City. Officers praised their new, dark look and other changes. It's said that the sheer look of officers in their new uniforms reduced crime rate by 2%.

This is a modification/skin pack for (permission was granted by him). I've tried to make it much more diverse by adding new textures - now there are about 23 possible combinations of the uniform! I've also corrected a small "bug" (silver sergeant badges), changed bulletproof vest textures and make all uniforms slightly darker. To use this skin pack you'll have to download .

What's the difference between "Enhanced FIB" and the m_y_ciadlc02 peds from EFLC? Also, what is "lore-friendly"?

Hey Yard, I've made a colour change for the SRU flashpoint uniforms to make them look more like the real ones, you want me to send the new files to you?

Textures are different. Lore-freindly means that it fits the game universe (FIB, LCPD, not FBI, NYPD)

This is a pack of Toronto Police Service skins for amazing (by Abraxas). There are 5 skins total.

Installation:

1. Choose one of the skins,

2. Rename it to (case sensetive) "skin.png",

3. Put it in "YOURGTA4DIRECTORYscriptsvdH_PoliceHelper" (YOURGTA4DIRECTORY is where you installed GTA IV, it's usually "C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV"),

4. Done!

Unistallation:

Simply delete "skin.png" from "YOURGTA4DIRECTORYscriptsvdH_PoliceHelper".

Royal Canadian Mounted Police Officer Skin

Description below:

This is a RCMP skin for State Trooper ped. I've made it since there are many RCMP cars, but no officers. It uses heads from

(permission was granted by him). It's a pretty simple skin, but I like it. There are 4 model variations. Hat is also included.

Installation:

Replace original files from componentpeds.img with those in "GTA IVcomponentpeds.img" and from pedprops.img with those in "GTA IVpedprops.img"

After that open file common/data/peds.ide (use notepad)

Find the line:

# Ped model, audio group, head index

Then look for:

M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_COP_WHITE, 0

And replace it with:

M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_COP_WHITE, 0
M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_COP_HISPANIC, 1
M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_COP_BLACK,

 

That will make all cops use their voice.
