Bug report time.

1) Sometimes when arresting someone they'll do that "kneel down with hands in air" anim and then keep their hands in the air even after I have put handcuffs on. Not that major but a bit immersion-breaking.

2) There have been times where I've called for someone to pick up the suspects I've arrested using the Policing script where I look away for one second and the suspect disappears, or the car coming to pick the suspect up comes near and he or she disappears.

3) I went to help an officer in need of assistance, but when I got there he was just standing in the middle of the road with the thousand yard stare. There was a sports utility right next to him which I assumed was part of the script but the driver just drove off.

  • 2.3 should fix any issues with locations not showing up.  There was also an issue in the previous version where resist arrest would prevent or sometimes crash when LCPDFR arresting, this has been fixe

I cannot replicate the first issue, going available will remove any markers from the last incident only. Medics should still function normally, I haven't done anything which would affect them. I don't quite understand your last comment re pressing F10?

This script is just epic....i just spent an hour playing as a medic in an ambulance....

I work as an emt in real life...this is everything i like about my job minus the paperwork...lol

anyone else having the issue with when arresting the person hands stay in air on the updated version, and also unable to call for an ambulance it calls them they never show up nor does the prisoner transports they don't show up either, or is it just me?

is anyone else have a problem where when you control traffic you model's get changed to the Hispanic one? I like this script but this kills it from me. please fix this

Great mod... having alot of fun with the new options for jobs and tasks to be completed

My only and biggest issue i am having is that there is no real resolution to any of the calls for service... it seems that you go to them deal with the supposed issue but always have to do the off duty on duty cycle to finish it. That was one of my favorite things about LCPDFR was that when you completed a call it actually completed it for you you didnt have to go start over again... i dont know anything about programming so i dont know how hard this is to fix but it would help alot with the total emersion into the calls....

Really enjoyed the variety of calls in my two sessions playing it so far and am looking forward to seeing more from you :D

Sorry to be the person that asks but why does my GTA IV keep crashing with this installed? Its as soon as I cross the street in broker to get to the LCPD station it just freezes NIko and I have to use task manager to close GTA down.

Stopped cars will move if you are calling tow service near them, few meters away.

What is the issue with calling prisoner transport? I cannot replicate any issue with calling them.

Quick Question is this mod compatible with multiplayer?

I've tried my best to have it MP compatible as it was originally designed for my RP group (much like the MDC). If more than one person are aiming at a suspect though it may get a little unstable.

Well the purpose of the mod is realism, in real life there's nothing to really tell you when you're complete with an incident, only you can decide what needs to be done and when you are no longer required on scene. I will also add that creating a resolution to the incidents would be fairly difficult to do.

It shouldn't be caused by that, stopping traffic simply freezes the vehicle. If you have the mobile phones option turned on this will conflict with stopping vehicles.

Can you confirm that the script is causing this (remove it and try to play)? If it's definitely the script, I need to you to check your ScriptHookDotNet.txt log file, scroll to the end of it and copy paste any errors to me please.

Your model shouldn't change, but your voice will change to hispanic cop, white cop and white traffic cop. The reason for this is their voices for the particular options I've chosen are the only ones which make sense. I can easily change it to where the voice you select is used, however I warn you now the voices will not always make sense.

I also am seeing a problem with calling for transport. They either will never come, or they will start coming and the suspect just disappears. It also seems that the Paramedics are "unavailable" more often after installing this. Then when it finally says they are coming, they never show up or they fly right by me. Anther thing is that my model's voice is constantly changing. If I start with a Strooper voice, at some point it randomly changes to either Cop_Black_02 or Cop_White_01 (I think those are the names) and never goes back. And that happens even if I don't try to control traffic.

Another thing is that my taser stopped working after I installed this script, however that is most likely unrelated. I reinstalled LCPDFR and will see what happens the next time I play it. The problem is that when I press Alt T, the taser shows up on the model. Then I press Alt T again and he does the animation, but doesn't take it out. He stays with the "fist" weapon. Then if I try to scroll to the "fist," it's not there. It goes Pistol, Melee, Melee, M4 (last gun for me). He puts the melee weapon away, but it still shows the picture of it on the top.

And a quick question, after the scene is clear (as it seems, driving away from it makes everything disappear, since everything un-loads from the game, but also if all cars are towed and disappear and all suspects are arrested and disappear), do I have to press Alt Del again to say I'm available, or does the script eventually generate a new call?

Another problem I've had beside unable to call for transport for suspect that has been arrested, and the ambulance flying by and never coming to the scene, is that when a RTA when done with my investigatation I cannot issue a sitation to the car's involved because I think its because there hazard lights are on! and experienceing crashes and I could play for hours untill I got bored but have to restart program at least every 30 mins, dunno but great mod tho love the call outs actually gives a reason to go code 3!

If the person you're diving a citation to is outside the vehicle, either target them with your fists or your bat/baton and hit E then it will give you the options to arrest the suspect, cite the suspect, or cancel. This has become a new favorite activity of mine...citing people on foot. hahaha

For some reason, this never worked for me in LCPDFR. If I aim and press E without a gun out, nothing ever happens.

Maybe try changing the key in the .ini file?

Hmm, just a thought. Add "drunk" peds around the bars at night. You know, they stagger around wih the drunk animation, and blow rediculous numbers on the brethalyzer hahaha.
