How can I have all emergency lights on at night? Headlights always turn off when I get off car and  the other emergency lights?

 

And also any way to have just the police lights on and not the siren, when I drive? Like an option for it.

i searched Google and no leads,.

J will turn on and off your siren while driving and you turn the option on in the lspdfr menu to leave vehicle running

I know that turns off the siren, but what if I want just the police lights on and not the siren? 

 

I dont have LCPDFR just yet, anyway to install a mod that allows me to have headlights on  (When out of car) without LCPDFR? 

What game are we talking about here? Because this is in the Grand Theft Auto V section, but you're taking about LCPDFR, which is for Grand Theft Auto IV.

I'm talking about GTA V, the other poster mentioned LCPDFR.

He answered your own question J will turn the siren off :D

I think he talks about the headlights losing intensity when getting out of a car, to which we can't do anything about! :)

Check this out: 

This mod enables you to leave your car running by pressing the 'Exit Vehicle' key when you exit, 
or to turn it off by holding the 'Exit Vehicle' key... Just like in Grand Theft Auto IV!
