If you ever get lost or stuck on where models are use the search function in openiv ctrl+F3

The default is CTRL + H

This was posted recently after the update so these should be the right locations

If your game hard crashes, it's either a memory issue - as in there's too many high poly vehicles, or it could be the models are having trouble spawning.  Are you using any entity persistence mods?

Siren Control is an upcoming script modification that allows you full control over your sirens. Toggle to your secondary siren at the press of a key/button, silence your siren using any key/button you like and even control exactly which 'secondary' siren plays!
And yes, in case you missed it, SirenControl will have full support for controllers.
Currently Planned features for initial release:
Change the siren toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. Change the 'lights only' toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. New 'Toggle Secondary Siren' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to switch to secondary sirens without having to hold down a key/button. New 'Toggle Bullhorn' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to keep sounding your bullhorn without having to hold down a key/button. Works simultaneously with sirens. Determine the siren tone that should be playing. You are able to select which siren tone to play, including the ability to differentiate between the two secondary sirens. Additional customisable sirens per vehicle model. Allows you to have up to three additional sirens per vehicle model. Customisable Siren Switching Tones (like Siren Switch Honker). Sirens are fully customisable per model via an XML file. The vehicles.awc size and length limits are effectively removed while using SirenControl, allowing for greater siren variety. Open the RAGE console with F1 and type "LoadPlugin LSPDFR(SOME OTHER WORDS)..........dll" then hit enter and see if it loads up if its not there delete all the files from what you put in off LSPDFR and do a manual install again

@Frosty19 It's not about persistence, it's about them driving away.
OP: Custom Backup by @PNWParksFan is your best bet. The backup driving away is governed by LSPDFR's AI.

its just rather confusing when you need help but then turns out youre running it perfectly fine now..so if everything is fixed, and working, I would suggest replying with something like
"thanks everyone for your help, this problem is now fixed, I appreciate all the replies in trying to get this resolved"

Any modifications being played online will result in a ban most likely and even going online and not using mods but having them in your directory can result in punishment as you have "messed" with the game files rockstars words

First of all, apologies to everybody affected by the issue with controller bindings. Unfortunately I made a mistake which resulted in the INI file not actually being read in, so the hard-coded defaults are always used. This applies to all settings in the INI file. This is fixed in the next beta release (not yet available). 
Second, I've made massive improvements to the animations. The ped still pops up very briefly when the medics first arrive on scene, but it's for only a split second now. The peds shouldn't be standing up or flying around any more. I'm still making some tweaks, but these changes will be included in the next beta release. 
Thanks to all who have been helping with the beta testing! We're making good progress, and I'm excited to finish polishing the mod until it's ready for a general release.

VocalDispatch has an error when I go on duty.
This is usually caused by a missing language pack. Ensure that you have the correct language pack installed to Windows. To get started, install the English (United States) language pack. In some cases, the problem can be solved via this method (thank you to @falcon3y for helping identify and explain the issue):

Seems you only need the  "backup.xml"  why re download rage and re install lspdfr, all you need to do is download it and just get the  "backup.xml"  from it and copy paste it in the original place

Oh right, I thought it would be placed into the folder after running the LSPDFR install program.  (Not come desperately)

LSPDFR+ - Enhanced Traffic Stops - Court System - Pursuit Improvements

LSPDFR+ is currently a work in progress. It is a script modification designed to give LSPDFR a slightly richer experience. This is done by overhauling certain LSPDFR features, like the Traffic Stop system, while retaining LSPDFR's basic controls (minimal extra keys required) and smoothness. LSPDFR+ is basically a collection of features that tie in closely with the original LSPDFR and don't fit into my other modifications' theme. It is similar to British Policing Script, but without the 'British' part, I guess 
Currently Planned Features for Initial Release:  
Overhaul LSPDFR's Traffic Stop system to make the interaction more indepth (again, similar to British Policing Script). [Done] Add a highly compatible Court System for details of your suspects' sentencing. [Done] It will include an improved, less lethal Pursuit AI project I've been working on. [Done] Pursuit Tactics menu for the new pursuit AI [Done]. API for other developers to create court cases & more. [Done] Integration with British Policing Script, automatically disabling features British Policing Script already offers, while retaining others. [Done] Statistics Counter. [Done] Prevent UTurns during pursuits. [Done] More indepth Traffic Stop Questioning [Done] Any suggestions I find appealing - please let me know what you'd like to see in the Traffic Stop overhaul in particular.

Got some progress done today: 
Minor tweaks to animations, hopefully reduces instances of peds occasionally flying off into the distance or at least brings them back if they do Removed a bunch of debugging notification popups (you'll still see them in the RPH log though) Finally added a configuration file! Now you'll be able to set all the keybindings, vehicle speeds, etc.  Firetruck and ambulance now leave their lights on until they get about 30m away from the scene, so their lights stay on while they're turning around in traffic Incident report now shows which peds are/were officers Experimented with putting a sheet over dead bodies. It didn't really work out... no good props for it and all the props that are available are rigid Expect beta 3 to be available sometime later this week!
