Atwood16 reacted to Wayne George in Ragehook loads but nothing else.I've got the same issue. Not sure exactly what's going on. Everything is installed correctly as well.
UPDATE: Problem Fixed; Possibly Narrowed down the problem, If not mistaken it's looking like the possible causes are; Windows Defender; Albo1125.Common.dll; Stealth.Common.dll; Completely bugged RageHook 0.52
Possible Fixes You can try that seamed to possibly work;
Redownload Albos1125.Common.dll from PoliceSmartRadio
Redownload Stealth.Common.dll from here http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/11871-stealthcommon/
If you're using Windows 10; go to your Update & Security, Find Windows Defender, Click on Open up Windows Defender Security Center; Click on "Virus & Threat Detection; scroll down until you see "Virus & Threat Protection Settings" ; Scroll down until you see Exclusions; then click on "Add or remove exclusions" Click on "Add an Exclusion" select file then look for GTA5.exe and add it! do the same thing for RagePluginHook.exe ; and finally add the entire Grand Theft Auto V folder as an exclusion.
Hope this helps!!

Atwood16 got a reaction from Beren in LSPDFR CommunityI must say I've been here for a few year's and though I've never contributed anything like models, or scripts or ect. but I hate see to the community up in arms against each other about models and stuff like that. We're supposed to be a community and help each other out and support others, but now it seems to gotten to the point where people only care about them selves and don't really care about releasing models to the public. It's just sad to see that this is where the lspdfr community has went, because it's definitely been my favorite community I've had the chance to be part of.

Atwood16 reacted to JAM in LSPDFR CommunityAs some one who's been here since 2011, and begun moderating in 2012, we've had worse times.
I've seen the site DDoSed to the ground, viruses uploaded, porn spammed on the gallery page, people who consider them selves gods and spit on the members, etc. Yet we're still here and moving along as if it never happened.
I've been a part of many communities, but I come back to LCPDFR/LSPDFR all the time. Why? Because of the community. There will always be a few bunch that try to ruin it for others, but as soon as everyone ignores the issues, they tend to go away them selves.
The issues you see now are what's to be expected. Old members leave, new ones come in. Some are mature, some clearly aren't. The thing is if the community them selves objects to such behavior that is clearly unfit or considered inexcusable in the public eye, and doesn't encourage it, the problems usually go away.
We're all a big family here, and there's some growing pains. However as big as this family is, it's just as strong too.
I'll get off my soap box now...

Atwood16 reacted to DcK in LSPDFR CommunityI understand your point of view. I was once there my self before I started modeling and making different things. So I do understand what your saying and the purpose behind it, but I must speak from the perspective of a modeler. The thing with this community is this, it has become very selfish. People (those who don't contribute) way out number those who do. When I see comments DEMANDING the release of a model that has been shown off in the gallery, it makes me angry. Those people don't understand the hard work and time it takes to make the models that have since been released on here. Not every model that is shown off has to or is going to be released. There has become this idea that "if you showcase it, why not release it?" Or "your just showing it off to look cool." I can honestly say that kind of thing makes me not want to release models. Unfortunately thats only one of the problems. The other is the SEVERE lack of respect for peoples; models, parts, dev items, ideas, etc. people go out and abuse the things they are given, either releasing them without permission, claiming them as their own, or ripping models. It has become such a huge problem that no modelers want to release anything. Just because someone post a pic of a model that isn't released or won't be released, doesn't mean their trying to be rude or get publicity. Their doing it because they like to show off their work of art.
Unfortunately their are growing issues within the community. Not with the community it's self but the people who want to do this kind of thing.

Atwood16 got a reaction from Original Light in LSPDFR CommunityI wasn't around back in 2011, but it to me it seems like it's got progressively worse lately.
But it's nice to see the mods are still heavy within the community, cheers :)

Atwood16 reacted to Original Light in LSPDFR CommunityI've been here since 2011. I can honestly say it's always been like this, though to a lesser degree. It didn't get really bad until 2013.
I don't think it's ever going to stop completely, but we can control how we react to it, and fix problems along the way.
For the most part, I honestly think that this is a healthy community. But there's always going to be a few people that ruin it for everyone else, it's just a part of life.

Atwood16 reacted to Fiskey111 in LSPDFR CommunityIt's pretty sad. I've never seen it like this before either, and I've been here for a while too!
I know over here in the developer community we're all sharing code, allowing other people to help with scripts, and letting people test things for us.
I started out as a vehicle modder for GTA IV and made a few vehicles -- but I'm glad I switched to development. The group of people working on plugins are some of the best and most helpful people I've met here.

Atwood16 reacted to GravelRoadCop in Modern Siren PackToday I would like to announce the mod that I've been working on the last few months.
Modern Siren Pack is a sound modification that introduces current generation real-world siren tones in GTA V, giving you a realistic emergency driving atmosphere. This modification will restructure the current American Siren Pack modification and evolve into a larger scale siren modification for Grand Theft Auto V. The sound pack aims to introduce all known siren brands from around the world, and to allow you to choose the siren tones you want to have. The mod also aims to provide you a smoother and easier installation experience. Modern Siren Pack will also be compatible with the upcoming Emergency Lighting System V by Lt.Caine.
Features
Currently the siren pack is in early development, with limited siren tones. Below are the siren brands that are in the pack already along with some planned features.
The siren pack offers over 8 different Siren manufacture brands that are available in North America, including but not limited to : Whelen Engineering, Federal Signal Corporations, Code 3 PSE, Feniex, Sound Off Signal, Rontan, Carson and Star/SVP. Modern Siren Pack will also include several different foreign siren tones that are used/heard in various of European/Asian countries. Some of the siren brands will come with 4 standard tones ( Wail, Yelp, Priority, Hi-Lo/Misc.Tones ) along with airhorn. This allows you to be equipped for the Emergency Lighting System Siren slots when it becomes available. The siren tones in the pack will have a maintained level of volume, and quality assurance to give you the experience you want to have, especially by means of getting attention by other drivers on the road while responding code 3. Some of the siren brands can be used for Fire/Rescue - EMS apparatuses. This siren pack will change all of the available vanilla siren slots in GTA V.
This list is not complete. As time goes, more features/tones will be added into the pack. If you have ideas feel free to post them and I will take it in consideration.
If you are interested in supporting Modern Siren Pack, please follow/monitor this topic for future updates. There is no release date set in stone. I will release the siren pack when I feel that it will serve your needs with satisfactory results. Thank you for your support !

Atwood16 got a reaction from Azteco in Problem with FPSBefore starting the game open up your task manager and click the details part on task manager and then start the game, then look for GTAV.EXE and click on it and set the priority to high that should fix the fps issue

Atwood16 reacted to Hystery in Problem with FPSNot if it's related to the mods installed.
You should provide a detailed list of the mods you're using, some are really resource hungry and might have an impact on performance.
