I know that turns off the siren, but what if I want just the police lights on and not the siren? I dont have LCPDFR just yet, anyway to install a mod that allows me to have headlights on (When out of car) without LCPDFR?

How can I have all emergency lights on at night? Headlights always turn off when I get off car and the other emergency lights? And also any way to have just the police lights on and not the siren, when I drive? Like an option for it. i searched Google and no leads,.
