I've just found this mod which makes pedestrians urinate in the street. there are also settings in the .ini to change how often the peds do it.

Seems like a great reason to cite some civillians :)

LOL, I always check gta4-mods, I laughed so hard when I got this mod. I literally stop and stare while in my car.

Seriously,man.This is just too much.Too much of a reality for me.Thats what I predicted when I first saw the mod on gta4mods.com.Hence,I decided to stay away from it.RAGE isn't quite an engine which would control the behavior of this mod to look like natural.It can't even get its AI to drive professionally,let alone pissing.However,this could turn out a blessing for those who use K9/dogs mod.

Well you can change the values in the .ini so you don't see it very often. Because really, the only person that would piss on the street like this is someone who is pretty drunk.

So reducing how often you see it would increase the reality.

Tom you misunderstood (I dunno why but for ages the most misunderstandings on the forums take place between Tom,me and JAM xD...I guess I have said this before as well,last year).What I meant to say was,a guy pissing in the middle of the road/street/park doesn't make it look natural.IRL,these things happen very very rarely.Or you could go living one whole lifetime seeing this happen just once while you lived.
