Hey everyone, I don't know about you but back here in the UK Christmas has hit.

As the annual cliché (lmao), what were your most favourite presents? Presents are not everything, but sometimes the ones you get are great treats from loving people  and be honest I also made this thread because I really like talking to the friendly staff and community here 

HeI got three presents, and one was incredibly special one - saved up 2 years for it. A new PC :D - also got a £10 steam card, and of course a nice chocolate box :)

We have Christmas themed plastic bags with chocolate here. Different ones by different companies obviously have a different taste. They all suck, in my opinion. Better get some regular chocolate bars, they taste a lot better.

That's why I hated getting these bags.. I don't like them.

To answer your question, my first Carrera racing track was awesome. I really loved the large Lego Agents helicopter too. These present made me very happy, apparently I even remember the name. Though, I wouldn't call them the "best" presents, they were just gifts with the biggest box and made me most happy when I was little.

I don't mind about some moneys either.

One of the things I got was a 24" LED HD monitor , which is a HUGH improvement over my old  16" LCD monitor...I still trying to get used to it. there so much more space on the screen now

All i got was money, which is what i get every year. which is perfectly fine for me... more money to put towards my new graphics card.

I enjoy Christmas because of the family get together, food and alcohol.. not for presents.

i do not want presents - but sometimes the ones you give/get are a nice treat alongside with the others :D unfortunately all my family does is argue... not fun man.

the GPU i'mm getting (should be by January-early Feb) is the TITAN X. Which will save me on upgrades for a long time with it's 12gb VRAM

Make sure you get a good cooler!!! They thermal throttle very easily... Go with EVGA or ASUS

I also got Star Wars Battlefront but the fucking key didn't work (thanks JB Hi Fi) so I have to return it for a new key. In addition to this, I spent about $180 on Steam games and anime for myself this week and even had my first bottle of beer (it was horrid :D).

Drinking is bad.. Veery bad, gives you headache. gave me a  damn hangover

I don't blame you for not liking it, for me beer just makes me sick. It's either bourbon and cola, cider... or port.

Yup. And no, I haven't actually invested in any Blu-ray animes yet especially as some of the series I have don't even have Blu-ray releases (I'm looking at you Bakemonogatari). That and the cable to my PS3 (the only Blu-ray player in the house :P) is busted and only works with a HDMI cable, and of course the TV in my room doesn't have HDMI.

I got some Beyerdynamic DT 990s with a ModMic. Very, very comfortable.

But I like my new mouse and keyboard almost as much as the DT 990s.

A car and no im not kidding. I got a freaking Toyota Camry.
