I doubt it will. If I told you my current PC can run GTAIV maxed out with an ENB with 100 FPS, would you believe me? I have a Radeon HD 4350, an AMD Phenom II 910 and 8gb of memory. Do you even know w

  • Is that even a PC? Regardless, can you post your specs please?

Aw hell naw. That thing will either blow up or implode when you play GTA.

I ordered my new PC yesterday :D What do you guys think about it?

Intel Core i5 3570

8GB DDR3 RAM

RADEON GEFORCE GTX 650 (2GB)

600 watt power supply

I got told it would run GTA IV on high settings in the 60 + FPS range with an ENB is that true or have I bought a piece of crap?

Well Guys, First thing up for debate, Intel i7 3770K or Intel i5 3570K? I was told the 3770K doesnt perform differently than the 3570K.

So heres my current general idea of what I am going to get (Give me feedback and let me know if I should change anything)

CPU (i5 3570K) http://www.newegg.co...N82E16819116504

Mobo: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813131837

PSU: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16817139006

RAM DIMMs: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820148544

GPU: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814130810

Case: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16811119245

HDD: I have a 7200RPM 500GB Hard Drive.

EDIT: I think I might go with this :) http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1050611

Anyone :(

I did a quick put together on IBuyPower, The lowest I could find was around $585, If you built it your self, you could probably get it for 300-350-400, depending on what you wish to customize.

PS: IBuyPower isint really the cheapest brand, but I just decided to choose them for a real quick build to see what the lowest I could get from a build online and buy company.

could i get a link to that build you made, or tell me exactly what you made please!

I did that config back in April which was around 5 months ago so I doubt I even remember what I set up, here's a link to their cheapest desktop I can see on their site: http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Gamer_Mage_D245.

note im still looking for something that can run GTA EFLC not on low setting but rather on high or medium like the videos you see on youtube. i want to be able to have road textures and ped textures.

Here are the specs to the PC thats supposed to be here in 2 days, let me know what you think needs to be done, i understand the video card is not the best but im willing to upgrade, the reason i asked for a link is because my brother wants to get into LCPDFR and his budget is $500-$700

AMD Quad-Core FX-4100 Accelerated Processor with NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 graphics

8GB DDR3 SDRAM

Multiformat DVD±RW/CD-RW drive

4MB L2 cache memory

1TB Serial ATA hard drive (7200 rpm)

NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 graphics

Feature 1GB dedicated video memory

6 high-speed USB 2.0 ports

Built-in 10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T Ethernet LAN

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64-bit operating system preinstalled

That link doesn't work, and are you saying you bought it for about $400?

Huh, that's weird it was working earlier but you can still just go to their site and find the cheapest desktop that they build. And no I have never purchased from IBuyPower, I was showing what their cheapest desktop is (hence the other user asked for the load out of the computer which I configured for some one off their site in April).

i own the CyberPower GUA250 but its not here yet it will arrive in a few days. so whats bad about it and where will i need to upgrade at.

Graphics card sucks. I can see you understand that it's bad, but I don't think you grasp how bad it is. The one listed on that spec sheet is a type of video card that they'd carry in a store like Best Buy or Staples that someone can hurry into the store and grab off of the shelf in case their integrated graphics stops working and they need a temporary fix. It's not a gaming graphics card in the least.

Could this run GTA IV and also will it lag if I record? http://www.ibuypower...M2_A-Series_APU

You need a graphics card in order for it to run at all never mind smoothly or not.

I don't think either of those things are true. It's not crap, but it wont allow you to crank settings with an ENB. You could probably do a light ENB on medium settings, or put it on high without an ENB.

That build is fine for LCPD:FR, but its an outdated game engine. If you're looking to get into other higher end games, the i7's a far better choice because it has more cache memory and a higher clock speed. If I'm spending around $1000+ on a computer I wouldn't consider anything but an i7 at this point. And that AMD graphics card should be fine, but it's been outpaced by the newer Kepler architecture in the 600 series nVidia graphics cards.

Yes, it's the graphics card. And no, I wouldn't advise bumping down the processor any further, as having any AMD processor is already putting you behind the curve as it is. Just deal with being on middle settings and putting a couple of sliders on high. It's not a big deal. Also, scroll down on the page lilmar gave you, it lists the video card as a 6770.

And also, no lilmar, that won't max it either.
