i think i finished the update, but i cant check it ingame because rockstar service maintenance planned, so I can't enter the game, update will be uploaded when i can enter the game.

-Added Police Interceptor and AWD logo at the boot, now Police Interceptor logo not more part of skin,

-Reworked mirrors, reworked pushbumper, reworked reverslights, reworked front indicators, now rear sidemarkers is working,

-Added strobe lights (Whelen Vertex) in front lights, added Ford logo in front lights, updated some textures,thanks a lot to vladimir850 for this

-Fully reconfigured lightbar by DroidRZRLover(now sirensettings is 1) added Traffic Advisor(Federal Signal Latitude Signalmaster) by  DannyBoy1909, converted to GTA IV by Him1250., converted to GTA V and configured by DroidRZRLover, thanks a lot to DroidRZRLover for this,

-Removed cabinet in the trunk, its will be replace with actual LAPD equipment in future updates,

you just have to darken the emis textures.im pretty sure the textures were not optimized for radiancev

That is just the texture and Radiance V, you could fix the texture.

Most incomprehensible thing to me, that traffic unit doesnt have this mirror light's.

2) Does this lights actually a Whelen ION? Looks like it is.

3) Does anyone know, this is possible to make car spawn with 2 extras at the same time? Because mirror's lights will be as extras, and it's will be bad when lights will be only at one side. Or when one of two extras is disable, other extra automatically disabled?

Thats most likely an age thing. Its possible that the first FPIU's the LAPD bought didn't have the mirror lights?

The way the LAPD works is literally a mystery. I've noticed most don't have mirror lights, and some of traffic unit does

That traffic unit does have the mirror lighting. 

I'm guessing this isn't traffic (no pushbar) but it still has mirror lighting, but just to further complicate things.

 

K-9 doesn't have the same mirror lighting as the rest of the department! They have a different mirror shape. Why? I don't know, it's purely guessing now, like OfficerAmr suggested, it could be due to different ages of the vehicles, or depending on each individual station having different needs (and more money) than others. Some (Hollywood area) will get more money than others. 

I'll find out what the mirror brands are for you. 

The mirror lights aren't Whelen ION's 

The image below is of the Whelen ION mirror bar. 

 

 

Ford provides their own mirror lighting, which is all integrated into the mirror housing, its option 63B from Ford. 

AS you can see, the mirror shape is entirely different in the LAPD's vehicles. Their vehicles use the Ford provided emergency mirrors (option 63B).

The last image was from the Ford 2016 catalogue (option 63B), and they are the exact same shape as the LAPD's mirrors. 

Not sure if this is any help, but here's a picture of CHP's mirror lights. I don't know if they are Ford standard or something else, but it might serve as a basis for comparison/be helpful when it comes to doing the chp's lighting.

It really depends on the station (pretty much all stations above 21 with a few exceptions are traffic divisions you can tell by the 2 digit number on the roof or on a cvpi trunk), but back to the point I really don't think there's a pattern to which cars have mirror lights or not, because if you haven't already noticed LAPD is very random.
