As the modifications for Grand Theft Auto V keep rolling in, we've been hard at work developing a brand new downloads section to better host, categorize and display the masses of new content on offer.

Featuring two entirely homepages, the new Downloads Portal creates the perfect distinction between GTA IV and GTA V content - this makes finding all of the latest files for your chosen game that much easier.  

Among the other changes are the reintroduction our advanced filtering system, allowing for downloads throughout all categories to be filtered by attributes specific to that category, and a much friendlier interface which emphasises content over clutter.

We're excited to be continuing the development of the new Downloads Portal and will be making further updates to it throughout the week.

Looks good. One Suggestion I'd like to make is to slow down the 'Slides' down to about ten seconds each.

This is definitely not from IPS, I'm interested who made it and I had admins from other website, including me that are definitely interested in having the same layout. looks 10x better than the ipdownload default layout. also seems the site increased amount of allowed featured files so it can showcase more on slideshow.

So are you guys willing to post on community.invisionpower.com and share your content? damn great job

I agree with you on that (nervous), where custom made pages or side widgets might not support with 4.1 or after upgraded might be lost. However no need if you have backups. But who care! right! after playing around with the preview of 4.1 we all going to love it

All I have to say is, (More) featured downloads! A lot of mods on that, also, the featured downloads bit in the forums was removed (it was broken)

PHP7 has backwards Incompatible changes with new features. My personal favorite addition to PHP 7 is the addition of the combined comparison operator, otherwise known as the spaceship operator.

We are all still using PHP5 at the moment. never upgraded to PHP6.
