Thanks for all the support.  I'm also really excited for LukeD to make some stuff.  Its nice talking with him so we don't step on each other toes.  Some of his stuff is going to fix some of my main gripes with GTA V (my car being stolen!...)

I'm sorry that I had no clue, Atleast i'm new to GTA V stuff it dosn't hurt you saying where to put the files as other people put installation. You can't just say "omg everyone will know where it will be put"

Rustic7 - you know the BEST PART about this conversation is that on line 12/13 (V 0.02 ) and line 21/22 (V 0.04) in the READ ME FILE, states...

"

All the files (including the folder) goes directly into your GTA V\Plugins folder.
The PoliceRadio folder (with audio and GUI) belongs INSIDE the Plugins folder.  

"
